It is the space which is covering all the rotating blades. It is needed for simulation. It is made manually by un-merged extrude boss base on the circular sketch
@@CFD_GUIDE Thank you for the reply. what i would like to add is that if I add this extrude. that will add up to the total mass of the drone unit right. how can I exclude it from the mass calculation ? another question is that, I have a propeller design , diagonally 1 set of propeller should be inverted compared to the other set ?
This may be due to the geometry. If it is an assembly convert it into a part and save as Sldprt file. Again unimportant parts keep inactive. Don't consider unimportant parts in your CFD analysis.
