I recommend you use mp4 video format for the simulation result video. It is much better in quality and you can convert it later to your preferred video format.
Door boundaries are part of the wall. It's consider as no infiltration on the doors. Unless you want to provide it you can create an opening for the door gap and provide a pressure outlet or inlet air velocity through the gaps.
