CFL-- Come on already. How long are you going to let Shawn Lemon play?

CFL are dragging their feet. How long will it take too making a decision on Shawn Lemon. Did he gamble or did he not? Should be easy lets get this done. How many games are you going to let go by with no decision? These game count and effect the outcome of the league.

Roughrider Guy gives me hope for the CFL. Love this homegrown content. As an Als fan, keep Lemon on the field.

I agree it's the rule if under appeal play can play, Just get your ass in gear and make decision. How hard can that be?

You are right, it is ridiculous, FIGURE IT OUT CFL You can not be already into the season and still not have a decision, they need to make those calls faster and before the season starts, I would be losing it if something like this happened to the riders, it is embarrassing

Why would they suspend him if they didn't have good information to do so?

@@roughriderguy It should be like video review in the command center, if there is not enough evidence the call stands, if there is not enough evidence to suspend him, don't do it! Even if you are going to suspend him do it quicker, if they take forever it is like a suspension and if he did nothing wrong than what they are doing is just not letting him play, or if he does get suspended he has to wait to play even longer than if he got suspended at the start, it is ridiculous

@NickDunner l say if it is gambling like the NBA basketball once had then it is not a CFL matter it should get turned over the Alcohol and Gaming Comission to thoroughly go through all aspects. I watched one video posted that Ref call3d pass interference against the Als when they were playing Winnipeg, and it was out of bounds. The closest ref did not make the call, and the ref on the opposite side called it. Just makes you wonder how deep the gambl8ng issue really is in the CFL

In the Chad Kelly situation I think it was the fact that both he and the Argo's were in a lawsuit and that forced the CFL to deal with it as quick as they did and have kept Kelly out for the time being. In Lemon's case it almost seems like it's not as cut and dry, even though I think it probably is, and we've seen players get suspended and appeal and play before. This case is really weird though since the CFL has suspended Lemon indefinitely, I thought, so he really shouldn't be playing but is allowed to since the CFLPA has that in their contract. As long as Lemon appeals and the CFL doesn't do anything I think Lemon will be playing for the foreseeable future.

I can go along with playing until proven guilty. But don't take so long to make a decision.
