We would love to but lack of time to do so, there is a MASSIVE improvement changing the shocks, + 3" lift + 3" Wheel travel, body roll cut to almost nothing, more wheel travel then a Z-950 sport, amazing 2 stage high and low speed valving, the comparison gap is pretty big.

No, the shocks are the lift, they are much longer, if you have the bracket as well you will push beyond limits and will damage axles and steering. You gain 2" lift and 3" more wheel travel with our shock package.
No 24" would be too long, they are longer, and remember suspension works on a ratio. You gain 3" more wheel travel (gain up and down) and can gain up to 3" of lift, out of the box is sweet spot at 2" lift.

With our HesterEdition set up we are right at 12" wheel travel, +3" over stock. Wheel travel is one thing, the 2 stage high and low speed valving is the magic ticket, plush valving for slow trail, crawling and as speeds increase so does the compression in the 2nd stage. So it's like 2 shocks in 1. Rock crawler and trophy truck. Much better spring rates too so handeling loads is a massive improvement as well, body roll cut WAY down, so you can run no sway bar and it has less body roll with no sway bar then the stock with a sway bar.
We have extensive testing to cover all the U-1000 will be put through, we do modify set up per the situation and weights you plan on carrying. Our Hester Edition line totally changes the build compared to a standard Elka, ours gains the lift and the travel, as well as with the 2 stage valving allows you to drive at any speed. They are a massive upgrade
With our longer shocks and NO lift kit, the shocks can gain UP TO 3" more ground clearance,, we feel 2" is the sweet spot, because when setting up suspension, you want to think "Trophy truck not monster truck". You want to have a good amount of sag and down travel as well as up travel. So this one in the video with 30" tires is sitting at 14" of ground clearance. With stock tires you'll be 13-13.5" area just bolting the hocks up. You gain a vast improvement on how it carries loads, reduces body roll where even without the sway bar, roll less then the stock marshmallows, and with the 3" increase of wheel travel (12" total) gain a LOT of articulation.
