Not when you have NFL Playoffs running concurrently.

Yes and it should also be on what we used to call, a "broadcast network."

Corporate naming of college stadiums (stadia?) is not new. Kentucky renovated its football stadium and it's now Kroger Field. My alma mater, the Univ. of Florida remodeled the basketball/gymnastics/swimming and diving/indoor track and it went from being called the O'Connell Center to Exactech Arena. There are lots more examples. As far as placing ads on the field, Texas Tech's football stadium, "Jones AT&T Stadium" had sponsorship logos on the field. They may have been superimposed for TV broadcasts only. however. All that said, I am against ads on the field at the college level but times have changed and once they start, they're not going away.

11:19 to 11:49. Preach on, brother! And it isn't just about Ohio State. Once the Buckeyes do it, other teams will follow suit. I went to a few Gators games in 2022 when I was back in Florida. Hadn't been since 2013 and the in-stadium experience (I hate that term) was not for me. It was more like an NFL atmosphere with everything seemingly sponsored and homogenized. Like you said, it's a way to create new revenue streams. But no revenue will stream from my wallet! With UF, every time you turn around the school is asking for more money. Whether it is for athletics, the failed "Gator Collective", or academics they never have enough. I live in Maine now and will just watch college games on TV. It's better from the standpoint of seeing the game anyway.

I dont think corporate logos would be too much it a bad thing. Especially since schools like Ohio State & UCF already had sponsor logos on their stadium field with Satellite & FBC Mortgage logos respectively. And a lot of teams have corporate logos on the walls. Certainly better than putting the logos in the jerseys.

Duke and Wake Forest are private, so the state government can't force them to play anybody.

I think 🤔 the Armed Forces Bowl and the Military Bowl should be played the same day as Army vs Navy rivalry on December 14 I more in the boat of Army - Navy playing on a stand alone weekend the Celebration Bowl should actually be played at the end of bowl season closer to FCS and National title game

What made you decide to go to Alabama instead of Clemson

the smaller logos don't sound terrible but on the 50 in place of the team logo is just terrible. Imagine Penn State does that, just no

Soon, colleges will have teams as a business. No students playing, all paid athletes. There will be an extra home game for every team 90,000 x $70 plus concessions are $8 mil + the impact on the local economy.
