This kind of reminds me of the ending when they leave the pizzeria, and Gregory is just hanging out with Freddy, this is very cool lol

This is a really light-hearted song but it is also gives "I wouldn't care if I die today" vibes. This song actually really helps me because I've been going through hard personal issues for a year. It's so relatable it just hits different at those certain lyrics. I deal with lots of self-harm issues and this song is a really nice way to cope. You may not have meant for this song to be interpreted that way, but I will still thank you, CG5, so much

I love how your songs can be based on a certain theme like a video game or show while still being fully enjoyable by people who are unfamiliar with what they're based on. On top of this, your songs get catchier the more I listen to them; I'll find myself coming back again and again to play them over and over until they're stuck in my head -this song is next.- I swear, you deserve to have your music on the radio. Keep doing what you do, Charlie!

I love that the song isn't really about five nights at Freddy's, but more about living life before death. You have a huge goal of completing everything in life and even just enjoying it with no worries. I noticed that many months ago that we will all die when we don't even know it is coming, so I started seeing why bucket lists exist. Spend life with the ones who are best friends to you, as they help you feel like you can die happy

After watching over this, I realized that the whole movie is meant to represent Gregory and Freddy’s relation (CG5 has the Band-Aid in the same place Gregory has it). Freddy’s eyes become purple when chasing him, which is William Afton taking control of him, like in the Afton Ending. All of the other activities are meant to represent the adventures they had trying to escape the Pizzaplex.

I like how most of your songs aren't directly related to the game/franchise you are talking about, but more on the morals and emotion around the songs. I've seen this in many songs, and this is another example where you're talking about the crying child's death in a sense, but more about how you should live free before you go into that never lasting sleep. And you make the songs sound good at the same time, and don't even get me started on the glamrock freddy model, that was sick! This is one of the reasons I think you are better than most professions muscicans out there, and I'm sure you're gonna get even better. Pop off king.

Why is this so underrated??? I'm actually suprised it hasn't over a million views yet. Its the first song that hit hard in years. I never get sick of it and I love Charlie's voice. I can't find a single thing that's not perfect in this song. Amazing job like always!!! It also sound amazing if you change the playback speed to 0.75, 1.25 or 1.5. Try doing that, sounds like a different song every time.

I’ve always loved how CG5 not only puts a ton of effort into the music and the lyrics, but he also manages to make interesting and well put together videos for the songs. Great job man, you earned a BarksWolfy-star. ⭐️

Honestly, while the music video may be FNAF related (and we all love that) I feel like the song itself has a bit of a different meaning. When I listened, I thought it was about basically living your life to the fullest so you can die happy. Man. That's kinda deep, and a little depressing, but I love it so much. Great job buddy, we all love you and your music. Props to DaRegularSauce, too, for making a cosplay so realistic that people want it in music videos instead of cgi.

That intro already pretty terrifying- I love how you managed to contrast the nostalgic old footage, where CG5 is having childhood fun with Freddy, with the new footage where Freddy's corrupted and CG5's running for his life. Just in general that amazing costume is so perfect!

This is why CG5 is literally my favorite artist. I may not know about most fandoms you write about, but I don't care. I know and love music, and this is music. No matter what you write about, no matter what you do, no matter what genre, it's incredible, and this song is no different. You work so hard, and every song you come out with, the results like ✨️pure magic✨️. And that is the term I stand by. Well done. Keep going. Never stop.

This song feels exactly like growing up and realizing the world isn't how you saw it when you were young, and having a hard time accepting it. I know that's not what the lyrics mean, but the song itself has that vibe and i love it

I remember listening to this and just running in my yard at night, singing along, this man and his songs bring me so much joy ❤❤

I come back to this song 10 months later after watching DaRegularSauce's video with you in it. At first I thought freddy was some sort of extreme CGI but I now check the description and I see that DRS was actually involved.

There's a really, really specific vibe that this music video has... Something a little... Nostalgic, almost. I've never been big into the FNAF franchise and yet... The home video style of some of the sequences and the choice of instruments and melody, especially in the chorus, feel familiar but also fresh. It's like a new spin on the music many people grew up with? There's definitly a hint to music from earlier decades there, and to the game sounds, tying it back to both settings, and I appreciate this love for details a lot. I also wanna point out how the cinematography in this video is really, really good. Apart from the Freddy costume (which in itself is already incredible to look at), the cuts between "happy past/childhood" and the "scary now" are great at telling the story of the trustful bond between the "child" (whose young age, by the way, is perfectly portrayed by Charlie's acting) and Freddy and contrasting it with Freddy hunting it down (also, props to the change in eye color to represent Freddy being friendly versus being dangerous). Having the setting be an arcade is pretty genius, too, as it perfectly incorporates the essence of being "glamorous" (in which the "singer" is set to die) versus the harmless suburban memories in broad daylight. It is interesting to note, that the connotation of the arcade especially shifts in the the end. When the child receives help from Freddy (an ending which I quite like as it represents the core of Security Breach), it becomes clear that the arcade is not a necessarily negative or evil place, and that it can even be fun to explore with Freddy at your side which again, is the thing the game is all about - playing it can be scary and stressful but also fun, especially with regards to the friendship between Gregory and Freddy. I am also a fan of the scene where Freddy stomps the star pinata, since it secondarily acts as a metaphor for trying to destroy his "superstar" as he chases the kid down. (Unrelated amusement bonus points for the part where they are playing mini golf and Charlie just so obviously misses the hole in the first shot and still hits it in the second - I found that pretty funny.) Conclusion: This video was a joy to watch and the song becomes part of my playlists regardless of whether I am a big fan of FNAF or not - you're absolutely protecting the "FNAF fansongs are bangers" legacy here!

Another masterpiece by CG5. I love how all his songs have a basic meaning layered over them, such as FNAF, like this one, and yet the lyrics also hold some deeper meaning. Honestly, how this guy hasn't won some sort of fancy award for his music yet I'll never know.

bro, this song genuinely hits hard for me. I know that CG5's songs tend to just be reflections of pop culture, and this one, to an extent, is as well, but I interpret the lyrics in a more "grand scale" kind of way. the words talk about dying glamorously, not giving up your life to the fears you have surrounding your death. it's a seriously thought provoking song if you follow the lyrics, and I'm honestly just impressed.

I didn’t think this would be a very good collaboration. Very smooth and maybe emotional at one point. Good Job Charlie and DaRegularSauce!

It’s crazy how high quality your videos are getting compared to the old ones wow. As someone who’s been a fan since 2017, it’s been amazing to see your singing talent grow and your videos get more and more amazing. Although your older songs will always be my favourite compared to these new ones, they’re getting better and better every time. Your voice is incredible and you deserve all of the attention that you’re currently getting and more. I hope you continue to grow and improve like this for a very long time. Man. It seems like every time you put out another song, it's somehow even better than those that came before it, and yet, every one is incredible in it's own way. I love how deep this song is with its message,. The lyrics really make you think. The instrumental definitely captures a feeling of running out of time and making it count while being gently reminiscent. The vocals are so soft and sorrowful, while being determined at the same time. And the video is just amazingly done. I interpret this song as you being gregory, after leaving the pizzaplex with freddy, you make so many memories, all to be forgotten when afton once again comes back and controls freddy. You are running from your best friend, trying to kill you out of his own will. You are being forced to run from your best friend because if you don't, you'll die. Or so you think. In the end, he fought afton's grasp and helped you. You thought he was gonna kill you when you got cornered, but when he walked in the room, he remembered he would never wanna hurt you.

So many things to love about this! It's such a bop all around, the music video Itself is really beautifully done, cameos by AJ and Abdul are always welcome lol, and there were some really clever lyrics that really caught my attention such as "painting happy little trees" and "rise like Lazarus".
