Brilliant post, ma'am.... understood every cadre in lucid yet detailed manner.👌😊❤️ Yet, I have some queries. 1. Can you please share the possibilities of TRANSFERS (ie. from one city to another) in every cadre. Can you discuss whether transfers (in Dispensary & Medical Colleges) are fixed/ obligatory/ optional/ scheduled with promotions... especially in CHS & Railways. or pls suggest some sources to get information in this regard as I want to stay lifelong at single medical college/ tertiary hospital only. 2. How we get to know that is the 1 Year Bond in Railway Service still applicable, as Notification of CMS 2023 in the Gazette writes that --- "A candidate will be appointed on probation for a period of one year which may be extended by the Government if considered necessary. On satisfactory completion of the probation candidates will be eligible for confirmation in the junior scale of the Indian Railway Health Service. The appointment of probationers can be terminated by one month`s notice in writing on either side during the period of probation in terms of Rule 301 (3) of the Indian Railway Establishment Code, Volume-I." Expecting your response before the last day of DAF filling ie. 16th Aug. 🤐 I will be extremely obliged for your reply. Thank you, ma'am. 🙏
Mam!! Can u please tell me how they will allot the cadre for us. If the cadre I chose don't have vacancies, they ll opt in other cadre or they ll cancel my candidature. Nd please make a video about service preferences
Ma'am got seat in aiims non clinical branch and selected in upsc cms Is there anyway after completing my MD i can join upsc ? If yes, in upsc interview they want original documents but they are submitted in aiims. What should i do about this ?
Hello. Doctor deeksha. I'm an upsc aspirant. I have one request. Could you please upload a video regarding thhe pros and cons regarding different upsc branches. I means between railways , CGHS, ordinance factory. Regarding promotion. Transfer. Accomodation and City where we will be posted.
Hii deeksha i was allocated cghs kanpur from 2021 paper , i am doing dnb dgo my course will be completed by feb then i can join as specialist or MO , how can i apply for specialist
After your selection they will be absorbing u into any of the cadres as per your preference..... Then the particular cadre will issue a letter of appointment to u and with that letter u have to join at the place where u have been asked to join in the letter

1) Should we pay back salary if we get neet pg seat within 6 mnths after joining job? 2) will they give study leave for doing pg fr 3 yrs and then can we join back to job ? And will we get salary while during pg if we join pg within 6 mnths?

Ur special checkup will be done if u go just after interview fr examination.. then they will decide... It's not under ur or mine control.. usually they don't disqualify anyone

Hi madam I'm cleared both entrance and interview in 2015 at same time I got MD Pediatrics because of that I was not joined is there any chance to join now?
Hello mam Mam i want to prepare for upsc cms But due to some reasons I can’t leave delhi Will i get an option to be posted in delhi only if i get selected? Or i will be thrown in any city in the country I want to be in delhi no matter what the post is .. Please help mam
Thank you mam for your informative videos. A few doubts though. 1. Suppose if I get into MD Medicine/ Anaesthesia while doing my CHS GDMO job, where will I be posted after I return to the job on completion of PG ? Will I be posted at a hospital as a physician/ anaesthetist or will I have to work as a GDMO itself ? 2. What if I got into a PG (med/anaesthesia) and after that I join the CHS will I have to work as GDMO or will I be posted at a hospital as physician/ anaesthetist ? 3. I have read posts that say this is an administrative post with no prospects of improving your clinical skills ? is that true or do we get to properly diagnose and treat people ?
Coming to question no. 1 u will be reposted as gdmo and will be in the gdmo cadre only........ However u may write to your competent authority to give u posting as a deemed specialist since u are post graduate...... If the authority agrees to it u may be made into a deemed specialist.... However the authority may ask u anytime to render gdmo duties along with it... In chs u can ask for hospital postings but number of hospitals are limited and restricted .. Coming to ur last question the attitude of beneficiaries towards cghs in particular is more of a medicine shop.... But there are many doctors in cghs who practise dilligently and patient also willfully gets treated by them
