Every person needs carbohydrates. Why??? Because carbohydrates gives energy. In china, people needs more energy to do their task everyday. The reason why the blood sugar rises was because of stressed. Stressed made the blood sugar rises. In the US, Americans doesn't ate rice but consumed a lot of bread which also made their obese. Why? Cause bread are less carbohydrates. Americans can't worked for so long due to low energy coz they don't eat the exact amount of rice. If a person doesn't consumed rice, his body will easily get tired.
