An old building often rhymes with dilapidation and deterioration, that's normal. In renovation or restoration, it is commonplace to have to go in depth, especially if mistakes have been made in the past.
We were nevertheless served with many problems of masonry, subsidence, degraded woodwork, frame, not to mention the annex and hydraulic installations which are in very poor condition.
