¡Gracias!
Have to agree Julian, iv'e heard many versions of this piece but this is by far the best for me.silky smoth and beautifully played, just as i imagine your great grandfather would like it to be. Just seems to capture the essence of it completely.
Just PERFECT. The composer, the piece, the artist, the performance, the instrument, the recording, THE CAMERA WORK (you're allowed to watch what really matters, the artist's hands!!), and the video. Congratulations! 🥰
When it comes to great music and interpretation...the moment is MAGIC...Karmen is SIMPLY GREAT...a REAL GUITAR ARTIST..thanks Karmen...¡A TOUCHING MOMENT!...
Lovely choice of tempo, giving the song a serenity that many players rush past. The delicacy and precision of the way the counterpoint is balanced welcomes us into the 'inside' of the song, so to speak. Sweet, sweet tone, too. Thank you!
A lovely piece played beautifully and with love! The composer and the player tell us to believe in love. What else is worth believing in.? All good things today and always.
Awesome performance by incredible guitar player (( I've never show before this beauty of feelings and high quality of senses )) thank you so much karmen! 💥🥇🏆🎆
Yes, amazing. The lowest strings are often ( more often?) stopped with the thumb, as here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-lrH2tdUBzpc.html at 1:30 and 3:54, and ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-FI3-NMchfNw.html at 1:50 and 4:04
Looks like another RU-vid classical guitar day, and what better place to start than here? Thank you! Emotionally it puts me in the same place as Bonfa's Manha de Carnaval, and after reading your song description, I see why.
Played so well and a clean interpretation that seems to me to be accurate in all the right ways possible! You need to upload more videos! You are an inspiration for me as a classical guitarist!
Incredible interpretation, for my agustin barrios is of my favorite composers and guitarists, his way of making music is fascinating, and I think you made a beautiful interpretation, I really like your sound, it is quite clean and an amazing legatto. It's always wonderful to see a video of you! I'm a big fan of yours! Greetings from Mexico! 😍❤
@@KarmenStendlerGuitar Thanks for answering and hopefully you can upload more pieces of it or something from Mertz ❤, they are my two great guitarists!🎶
1:54. You playing b-g-c# (what IS that chord?!) someplace between frets 1 and 6 still looks and sounds way more relaxed than when most regular folks (certainly me) play the em cowboy chord. And that is just one instance out of 6 flawless minutes of enchantment. Sublime technique! 👀
Your playing is beautiful obviously, but I'm commenting specifically for the "Cat Power" poster. I've never seen it before, and I wonder if it has anything to do with Cat Power as in Chan Marshall, or if it's something completely different. Please, don't take my random question as dismissing your incredible performance!
Karmen, you are a natural genius, of course a lot of work. Have you heard of Carlevaro technique?, you could go much further. You are so smart; you will understand.
Nice. I see I am not the only one having difficulty when playing the bar at 1:54. It's a very long stretch. Only a view can play that complete chord I suppose.
