SPOILERS BELOW I think the third locked room mystery's timeframe having happened less than three months after the second one is foreshadowing. The first, second and fourth all happened three months apart from each other. Therefore, the third is a likely candidate for a copycat killer's work.

So it seems that the Mystery Labyrinth's can be share by other people, although this could vary between them working alongside the killer or becoming a copycat. Still with Mystery Phantom Seth could be explained because he was collecting bribes from the culprit under Yomi's orders (Who stated that he had no idea what Seth was doing which is most likely a bold face lie). It stands to reason that Seth might get executed and/or tortured just like Swank did (If he was punished) because of their plans going south.

@@izzie1332 TBT, Yomi was a power hungry tyrant who wanted everything to go his way. The slightest error would mean that the person has failed him, and it would be instant death for them.

Though in way, the other detectives that try to enter the Labyrinth with Yuma would suffer from memory losses in an out of it, they wouldn't remember the case inside the labyrinth, and they wouldn't remember their experiences in the labyrinth itself. Vivia's an exception, he managed to remember the case AND the mystery Labyrinth due to his spiritual forte, so he's immune to the memory losses. And Makoto, well, see for yourself in the final chapter.@@Conotron

how did you get past the part at 16:42 .... it always fails the qte no matter what i do even when pressing/holding the button

That's cause it's not exactly a QTE, it's a multiple choice question. The filling bar is a timed thing like a QTE, but you want to push the button to make your choice, not to dodge. The game will dodge automatically when the bar is full. So you push the button on the answer you want to choose for the question being asked.
