The moment we've all been waiting for- The first-ever World Supercross British Grand Prix in Cardiff, UK! After Team Two Two made it to the races, the gate was dropped and the racing went underway! With a night full of excitement, there was also an unexpected turn of events... Stay tuned to tag along with us through it!
Welcome to TwoTwoTV! We're the Reeds. Chad Reed is a multi-time supercross and motocross champion and the record holder for the most main event starts in AMA supercross history, with 265 starts! Chad your one tough SOB, so much respect and love for you man! I’m the same age and grew up riding and racing at the same time as you were going through the ranks and went pro. Watched you at many races both indoors and out and you made the racing something to remember. You are a true legend and ambassador to the sport. Seeing the way your kids reacted, brought back memories. My Dad raced Baja and of course got hurt, so there was plenty of times seeing Dad injured. I now have one sister who is a paramedic, another who is a nurse and of course I went on to race (and get hurt as well)

My prayers are with you brother for a speedy and as painless as possible recovery. I met you at Kenworthys MX Park National I believe in 2002 and have been a fan even prior to that. I broke my back the year prior at Kenworthys on the dirty dozen now all these years later I have major back problems but still follow the sport and its a huge inspiration to see you still racing especially at that level because you want to and have the passion. You are a legend Sir in Supercross and Motocross but honestly I have became more of a fan of the man and human being your are first then the racer. It is so refreshing and positive to see the whole Reed family and how the are all involved and supportive of one another then to allow all of us a fans to see a bit of in from the inside. Again my prayers are with you for a fast and pain free as possible recovery.....

He’s also moving to Florida to buy land and build a riding facility for his family. Fact. When I look at the facts…and what the man himself has said…I am of the opinion he will line up for a few races. I don’t see Chad Reed allowing his career to end due to a bad fuel pump. He will be done with pro racing soon…but it will be on his terms.

My heart sank when he went down, I genuinely felt a weird sickening sensation run through my body.. Reed is and always has been my favorite rider and to see him ride supercross live was always a dream of mine.. He was looking so good! and to think it was a bike issue that ruined his season! That sucks! All my wishes on a speedy recovery! Looking forward to seeing Reed back racing asap!!

@@dylanbakke9644 who said anything about MDK? Blame the shit bike, Kick The Mother...my cousin has an FC350 and he's on his 4th fuel pump. The thing is it CAN be prevented with race fuel. These bikes needed high octane and the fuel spec got changed. Even Eli Tomac had bogging on jumps he said after. That's why I keep my bikes 2 stroke, Japanese and carburated. And the fact that they cost $10k for a new 4 stroke.

He did buy his own bike. Regardless, people always want to point the finger. It’s easy to fault the manufacturer, but unfortunately bikes do fail and it’s a risk these riders take when they go out there.

I got tangled with another rider on a jump at Indian Dunes in socal and broke my tib/fib clean in half in 1985. After the swelling when down and 3 days in ICU because of a blood clot in my lungs they performed surgery on my leg. I had a Spinal Block, A shot of some sort into the spinal cord to block the pain while they put weights hanging from 1/4" threaded rods (4ea) thru the big bone. I was kind awake and remember the tugging and the drilling and and the pulling but no pain. The talking too. Just barely awake. After I was getting shots of Demerol (morphine) for days. They had to ween me off the stuff. What a crazy drug.

Chads riding style is so beautiful to watch. Even when I was younger racing, his style was what I considered perfect. So smooth and effortless. Crazy to see him in such good shape at his age. Looks like he never retired.

Chad looked great in practice. So smooth. I personally was watching his corner speed. He looked good. I'm not sure why he thinks he was loosening time in the corners. He was driving in hard any exiting fast. What a shocker. Hope he gets better soon.
