Uncle Chael gives full attention, courtesy and effort into every interview, no matter how big or small the media outlet. A true pro and a total gentleman.
10:10 Poatan deserves a forfeiture clause BONUS cuz he just keeps showing up to work!! The forfeiture clause makes too much sense. "Defend or vacate mf" -Tony Ferguson
Lol chael stop, it's already well known that o'malley isn't a star at all yet even marlon vera was a bigger star than him in thier last fight. His fight with aljo did terrible ppv. Biggest star in the ufc right now are : 1-conor 2-jones 3-Islam /adesanya (check Islam's ppv in his last 3 fights u will be surprised they are really good) 4- khamzat /alex pereira. 6-oliviera 6-poirier 7- o'malley (maybe but it's probably max holloway)
@@Youssef-hd5bl yeah u right Charles is probably a bigger star than poirier at this point. He did : 400k ppv against geathje. Poirier vs oliveira did 500k And Islam vs oliveira did around 700k.
They dropped the ball not booking GSP vs Khabib at 165. Khabib was retiring. They would have made so much damn money on that PPV off the heels of the Conor vs Khabib.
Chael has gotten in damn good shape for this battle. From one Oregonian to another I'm proud of how you represent Oregon. Not many people could survive in these treacherous dangerous streets. BTW it's refreshing how you give O'malley credit because so many people just focus on the fact O'malley doesn't thrive in press conferences but in reality the press conferences have become so lame no matter what nowadays. O'malley is a big name in the UFC because of multiple things: He continues to put on amazing performances and proving that his skills are evolving. AND O'malley has done a great job at utilizing his position and his individuality in ways that allows him to capitalize on many different aspects of his situation and he's doing it all while just being himself. (sure not everyone likes Sean but at least Sean is just being himself. That's much different than Colbys situation where everything he's done he's done the entire time while he wasn't being himself)
Chael been speaking facts for ages about why Islam wants to move up to 170. It’s not legacy. It’s the weight cut. Good on Islam for confirming this theory in one of his more recent sit down interviews. He spoke on the difficulties he undergoes to make 155. He’s tired of doing it. It’s not healthy for him. He also low key hinted at threatening retirement if he’s denied the opportunity to move up. He’s over 155. Also I believe he wants Usman to take over LW. Just like khabib retired in order for Islam to ascend
I agree re: Dana. For me, Dana is the biggest star the UFC has got. And it is beyond just the job he does, it's the personality, and what he's done and created here.
Do you guys realize we are soon going to lose this generation of ufc fighters, everyone we’ve been watching for years is now in their mid 30s to early 40s, enjoy what’s left of these guys why we have them, we won’t always have volk, Islam, Dustin, Justin, chandler, Conor, usman, Colby, Jon jones, and many more.
Being popular in america is different to being global superstar. Some of them are only popular in america and make some noise their, but fail elsewhere. O malley is not the star company makes him to be. Reason is that he is not authentic. Jones was authentic, conor had charisma and mic and marketing skills, kha ib had aura. Adesanya is popular
Can you imagine if Chael had been a criminal, instead of the UFC career? And this was a prison interview, for television. He would've been something else, he would
CHAEL SONNEN ruin UFC 303..... Him trying to ride the Connor wave WITH A BOXING MATCH...made UFC say F THIS ..let's wait until CHAEL does this stupid boxing thing ..
bro get off the tren your sweating like a monster and doing steroids can be considered deadly weapon your trying to hurt the other person unless its mutually agreed upon both are using steroids.
