I'm going to revisit-watch again a couple more times. It's a beautiful space and location. I don't see any museum's in the states giving him a major show. The public wouldn't respond or connect with the work.
Since I saw the exhibition and read about Soutine's career, I can't stop thinking about the fact that Soutine actually suffered from hunger all his life and finally died from these privations - and at the same time painted all these still lifes with the dead animals and the meat...

A young Brice Marden in a interview talked about crazy and painters . He mentioned that He wouldn't trust a painter that wasn't crazy ..He or She and it shows in the work.
