I don't have a third wire nut. Just a green screw. Assuming I screw the copper wire and the grounding wire wrapped around the screw?

How do you keep the wire from twisting right up top when securing the screw nut?

Never did like silent instructional videos. With people inquiring about why is white to black connections made, would have been a good time to speak and tell us why.
