I wish I saw this sooner, I could have warned you about using hand sanitizer ( alcohol ) on vinyl, it destroys it over time no matter what the quality is (your chair is on a premium type quality ). 7th Generation works or veggie and fruit cleaner as well... any cleaner that isn't harsh.
