This Stretch routine will help your hips, back, shoulders, and neck pain go away! Join me for a quick and effective chair stretch video routine where we will reduce tension in your entire body. This chair stretch workout video is a great way to open up your hips and reduce tension in your back after a long day spent sitting at your desk. Its perfect to do before or after my Chair Cardio or Chair Cardio and Weights Workouts. Not to mention it only takes a few minutes to see positive benefits.

Your stretch is a valued addition to your exercises . It is helping my siatic Nerve. I hav e 4th stage lung and brain cancer this helps calm me down and stay positive. Doing your exercises , which I have been doing constantly keep me going and very happy.. Your videos are excellent for my well being. I need to tell you, I have remained stable for the last 3 years. I haven never given up hope or fighting.

I can't thank you enough Caroline Jordan!! I am a 31 y/o woman with 2 little girls. I was paralyzed from my chest down when I was 14, and have limited mobility, but am still very active and athletic. Your videos allow me to workout and challenge myself in ways I didn't even think were possible for me. So thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I am feeling better than ever, have so much energy, and can keep up with my little girls. You rock! Please keep the videos coming :)

I’ve been a hardcore bootcamp attender for many years. Now with a permanent back injury I simply do walking, chair workouts, and a few stretching workouts. This stretching in a chair was EXACTLY what I needed. Hallelujah! My back actually did a couple of amazing “pops” during the stretch and it all felt so good. I have been walking around with a smile on my face all morning without back pain!!! 🎉🤗❤️

I am a special education teacher that is doing summer school and these kinds of exercises are so great for my kids. More like this, where they can be seated (some are in wheelchairs) are awesome!

I have been using your videos for the past three weeks as my foot is in a boot because of a metatarsal fracture. I'm 70, but in great health, as I play tennis or run 6 times a week, so I was looking for a way to keep fit while I'm in rehab. I don't swim, and need to stay away from any impact sports (even elliptical and stationary bike) for a few more weeks. Your videos have been a lifesaver! I've been using around 12 of your chair cardio videos and 9 of your floor videos, although I have to skip anything that has push-ups or weight on the shoulders, as I had shoulder surgery a few years ago. Even with that, I've been able to choose 2-3 videos to do every day (for a total of about an hour work-out). I realized how I have been neglecting my core (with only tennis and running and lifting weights), so I hope to come out of my injury with a stronger core area! Thank you!!

Joining today as a 57 yo Mom with MS (28 yrs +), chair exercising was recommended by my dr. and I searched for awhile until I came to you. You made me smile and feel so good as I am slowly trying to regain some strength/flexibility. I'm still mobile (thank you, Jesus) and want to stay that way for as long as possible!

I really appreciate all of your chair videos. I am recovering from total knee surgery (7 weeks out now) and do at least one video every day. This is a good one to stretch out my body in the morning before I do my PT exercises. Also love the chair cardio these days! I like your style and good explanation of movements. Also the neck and back stretches. Being laid up can really take a toll on you. So happy I discovered your channel! Thanks, Judy in Tucson

I started doing this routine once a day about a week ago. In October I shattered my ankle and I have been immobile since. This video has made me feel like I'm starting to get a bit of me back and I really appreciate that. It isn't easy to get moving again after being infirm for so long. Thank you for your chair routines, they are a life saver.

Thank you so much!!! I was looking for a long time for something that does not require my legs to workout. You see I'm 52 and I have a lot of injuries mainly in my legs and as a result of the the inactivity of my several recovery periods, I've gained a lot of weight. The frustration of really wanting to workout but being unable to was causing me a lot of stress. SO, thank you so very much for all your chair workout videos. You're a Godsend!!!

We have been asked to do a daily wellness, with all this Covid. I recall using this in March and it was so fantastic, so today I will introduce it to my colleague. Love the stretches and only laziness has kept me away. This is the best morning routine.

Recovering from COVID double pneumonia and a long hospital stay. Day 6 home and today I tried this one. I had been doing several of your videos daily a month ago. Thank you Caroline. I am glad that I found you! I just did your chair aerobics and followed it up with this stretch. I have had pain in my Achilles heel since March making it difficult for me to walk or stay vey active at all (and not very motivated to be active.) That on top of the quarantine has made my weight steadily increase and I'm tired of it - the pain, the inactivity, and the weight. I am scheduled for an MRI (finally) next week. Hopefully I will get a solution for the pain. In the meantime, I will try to stay motivated by your wonderful videos. Thank you!

Loved this so much! I am extremely overweight and this was doable for me! I love your energy and reassurance. One thing that I would possibly suggest (out of selfishness) is some modifications on poses like the figure 4 or legs crossed- for bigger bodies that can’t quite move like that... yet! Again, thank you so much.

I want to say Thank you for making your videos.. I had a liver transplant on Aug 8 2018 and still in recovery mode and this is my 2nd day doing your stretches I can feel the stretches working. Thanks loved this! I’m currently suffering from a knee injury which is causing me to walk with an altered gait and I’m sooo sore. This was a great way to stretch my whole body without standing or getting on the floor which I can’t really do!

This goes beautifully with your chair aerobics videos. I'm currently in a cast so during the knee hugs I hugged behind my thigh & did some toe squeezes instead of ankle circling. As ever, thank you 💜

I love this video. I have been using it since January while I am recovering from foot surgery. I wasnt sure what to expect from chair exercises. Wow. I get an really great workout from this and will probably continue to use it even after recovery. Thank You!
