Thanks a ton for posting this and all of your other seated exercise videos! I am a school Physical Therapist in Maryland, and it has been a struggle to find activities that can be done virtually during the pandemic. I've passed the links on to many of my colleagues who are also very thankful to you. This is one of my students' favorites! (They especially love your cat!)
