Judiciary, Investigating agencies or the government...As a common citizen of India, I would request all the people in power to make a law for time bound decisions in all such cases and ensure the justice is done within a stipulated time period.

According to supreme court, freedom of speech is absolute and not relative. Advocates are supposed to do a " due diligence " exercise before presenting any material before the court. If they cannot do who else will do ? After all advocates are being engaged to assist the court for decision making by a judge.

PC, u r a lawyer and u don't know d difference between a speech given in public platform and institution like parliament both houses and state legislative assemblies. When u say any thing in public platform u need not to prove until or unless the person concerned ask u to do so. But in parliament, whatever u say, need to be proved and if u fail, will liable for punishment. This is not d place os spit & run. U must be very careful of what u are uttering and not like your party leader rahul baba.

Mr Chidambaram is playing stupid. You just can not take a clip and present it as a source. The responsibility of presenting material authentication lies with the one who presents it. So basic that this lawyer finds it hard to understand! Says a lot about his education and intelligence! A classic evidence that you should NOT judge people by the claims of their education.
