Teach dem is one of Jamaica best promotion program with no apology. Big up yourself teach dem because we already had the reggae music and you bring the artist behind the music. I have so much more respect for the reggae music after hearing from the singers and hearing their struggles. They are jamaicas true heroes and you teach dem is the one shining the spotlight on reggae music. Bless up and nuff respect.

I cannot describe the respect I have for him. Am 39 his and me are the same age. I grew up listening this man every day he was one of my favorite as a kid bcuz he waa soo melodic as a dj.his levels of deliverance was totally different in his time cuming up, one scotch was my jam up to now. I just completed a degree in Sound Engineering and Music Production at the UK’s no1 music school. My specialisms are in the music business - i’m certain that the music lawyer they had was assigned to them by Island. 1st wrong move. Their streams today alone should be in US dollars millions. Love the way the veterans like Chaka have a genuine love of the music rather than just looking at the music as just a business. This is why Chaka can perform to a high entertaining standard till this day. I first heard Chaka on Black Star sound when he was Nicodemus Junior and he was bad then.

There are several ways in which you could look at it, but seriously if most of these guys were educated to what you, assume to be educated you would not have heard of them in this aspect. Music is more of a talent, and most of these artist in those era were more interested in establishing there craft, than thinking about money.

This was Nice. Chaka Demus is an honest person. There are some fast tempo riddims from end 80s beginning 90s which not everybody listens too like fast car, roadrunner, duck, Gathering etc that chaka have some songs pon it and are loved in Panama.
