You should study about the inner line regulation act first. Section 6B(4) of CAA restricts the implementation of CAA to the tribal areas as included in sixth schedule to the Constitution and the area covered under the "Inner line " notified under the Bengal Eastern frontier Regulation, 1873. There is no valid reason for them to claim citizenship of Arunachal pradesh..

Supreme court order is respected only for construction of Ram mandir. As after the order government took steps immediately and built it. But not the order of the judgements of Supreme court of 1996 and 2015 for the granting of citizenship and protection of life and liberty of chakmas and hajongs of Arunachal Pradesh.This party is only run behind the political mileage not behind the laws and justice.What a shame even law of the land also not respected, guardian of the constitution also not respected!!!!

Chakma and hajong will be refugee as always in Arunachal Pradesh. They were migrated from Bangladesh during the partition of India, they were shifted illegally in tribal areas for temporarily but still they are staying here. No one will add in Arunachal from outsiders.

They are refugees of arunachal pradesh not for india. In arunachal many mainland indians are settler from beyond 1980s also doing business but still they cant buy land in arunachal reason ?? My community has a population of 15000 only if people frm others state starts to buy land in my place then guess what in no time we will be minorities on our own land.. and for the fact even an arunachalee dont buy land in other parts of arunachal where others tribes are settled. Bro! you maybe never heard or seen most of the hidden facts of us was became political approach on regarding our Chakma-Hajong issue in Arunachal Pradesh by these local tribals leaders or peoples who claim themselves as Arunachalees. #1. If we look our history of migration to NEFA now Arunachal Pradesh, northeast India from the East Pakistan now Bangladesh between 1964-69 almost completed 5/6 decades or 60 years and completing 60 years in Arunachal Pradesh not a jokes? Only the Chakmas and Hajong peoples were migrated by Central Government of India in actually. Non of any others tribals of Arunachalees were migrated to on this NEFA now Arunachal Pradesh as Chakmas and Hajong peoples by any Parliament or Central Government of India. Basically theirs forefathers were came to NEFA now Arunachal Pradesh from nearby countries like China, Burma now Myanmar and Bhutan-Tibet etc. they are specially hunters peoples who was lives by hunting to wild animals till day most of them. #2. If we look there were many many hidden facts are still alive to Chakmas people in Arunachal Pradesh. To them one is most trending or great fraud was by state government of Arunachal Pradesh through BJP Government of India is to project an Airport establishment on Chakma Village at Papumpare district perhaps now called Holonggi Airport in Arunachal Pradesh. Because of misguide, misleading and fraudulent politics leaders of both Chakmas and state government were grabs to our poor Chakmas peoples by devouringly and demands crores of sanction for Chakmas peoples which was became very big fraud in later and still this fact is hidden to others states and central government. #3. Next hidden fact is that Chakmas peoples are very Hardworking people so most of the deforestation or plains areas were clear and fresh by our Chakmas peoples which are now became the tribals townships, market, villages and cultivation fields etc. but for them they must be grateful to Chakmas people rather than tagged as refugees, talking for relocation and so many many unbearable things etc. Bro! my comment will be so long if I write more another hidden facts regarding our Chakmas peoples of Arunachal on here so I think that's all for now.
