Hello mam...कृपया मेरी बात सुनें 🙏🙏 मैं पिछले 1 महीने से अनुलोम-विलोम कर रहा हूँ...लेकिन अनुलोम-विलोम करते समय मेरी सांस फूल जाती है और मैं धीमी गति से सांस नही ले पाता हूँ....जिसकी वजह से मैं अच्छे से अनुलोम विलोम नहीं कर पा रहा हूँ.....और मुझे इसका लाभ नहीं मिल पा रहा है... Anulom vilom ki jagh normal deep breathing ki practice krenge kuch din to definitely help hogi ... Or anulom vilom thoda thoda kre like starting main 4 to 5 round ... Then dheere increase kr de.. hope it will help you
