ofcourse we know it we are also Nepalese, we may live in Sikkim. Kalimpong or the Darjeeling hills but we speak the same language, our culture/customs are the same. you should definitely visit our ends to see how similar we are.

@@SoulFlushSF My relatives have been to Darjeeling but they said everyone spoke Hindi. I have been to Darjeeling as well but I was too young. I don't remember much. I don't know about Sikkim. So I'm confused basically. Which part do the Nepalese live?

@@taragurung933 Jees they are wrong, really not sure where your relatives went, the gen pop are Nepali and speak Nepali, the traders (Marwari community) also converse fluently in Nepali, and some even in Dzongkha (due to the Tibetan population there). I’m from Kalimpong but I live in the UK and I can guarantee that your relatives are mistaken. Our folks may know Hindi and may/may not speak it but it’s heavily accented but generally Nepali for everyone else who speak Nepali, as I said you need to actually visit these places to understand things.
