This is awesome! I've watched Andrew Huberman's videos. Alcohol is BAD no matter how we want to deny the fact. The devil presents himself as an angel of light! Thanks so much for sharing this! I've noticed there are quite a number of people speaking out about truth of alcohol now. Amber is still my favorite!❤

🙌🏻 I was a binge drinker on a daily basis for a few years until I quit 100% in 2013. That, plus quitting smoking, has been a huge blessing especially as I grow older.

Intellectually I knew alcohol was inflammatory, but I drank even though I suffered from chronic backpain. Several months after I quit drinking I realized my back pain was much easier to manage. Yes, theoretically I'm smart, but I guess I had a giant blind spot when it came to drinking.

wish my dad would not have died due to alcohol effects on his liver for drinking heavily off and on for 30 years before the trend of quitting drinking happened....

The community, families, schools, churches need to teach children at an early age that alcohol & drugs is a poison that can cause, permanent brain damage, organ failure and death. Including a multitude of other damages. "Ethanol is very flammable" and should not be used around an open flame.

The one thing this all boils down to is an avoidance of oneself. I dont know of Charlene, but I have been involved with a fitness fanatic who is an alcoholic (so there's a resemblance) and even though it was a positive expression, the bigger picture was that she was always running from the source of the issue (herself)

Thanks, these are some good reminders, there’s no question that increasing your mental clarity and boosting your drive, comes with quitting. Yes, there are many ways to kick the habit, Steffon Barkload's Quit Drinking Forever is what worked for me, best shortcut I go’ogled that took days without withdrawal.
