What I've learned from playing the mobile app version of Monopoly is that the AI's will almost always go just $10 over the price of the property. If you really want it, you have to let them bid it out and then pay $20 extra.

How is this version of monopoly so much worse than the one for the phone? On the phone you can activate many different house rules and the auction system is much more refined like who wants to bid one damn dollar at a time lol.
