@@jakiii368 Idk has his laning phase been impacted at all? I mean he's still the best neutralizer top lane and the best blindpick tank. Only thing I agree with is bringing back tap w as it wasn't an issue tbh and not making w the dmg.

Yeah he has a laning phase, but its nothing like it used to be, you can win some of your matchups but nothing too crazy.
