as a milio player, echoes is so broken bcs it procs continually through his passive when applying w or e, each tick of dot counts as a helia stack and the w continuous applies the healing stacks
That Xerath did look a bit suspicious. Cool games! If I saw that right, Echoes of Helia activates through First Strike. If so, that's a really interesting interaction.
wouldn't recommend it, although you might be able to proc it often, Renata is a champion that doesnt use gold that effeciently compared to enchanters and mages that are taking first strike right now. Better to just go for more standard runes
