Hi Faith! I am 13 years old and have been in a brace since late April 2023, and have to wear it 18 hours a day. I also have an S curve. Before I got the brace my curve was 28 degrees, and now it’s down to 16. I am so glad that I found you on RU-vid, it has made me feel so much better. Thank you so much for doing this. ❤
Hanging and rotational twisting worked wonders for me! It’s definitely about getting the vertebrae to shift into a straighter position through relaxation and elongation.
Breaking in my brace this past week has been the most painful experience of my life, both sides are very high on my armpits so I can't put my arms against my sides, and my in brace correction is 60% straighter (out of brace curves are 58 and 45) so she's quite painful
