Can anybody tell me .....what in the one hand of these dancers ...In one hand they have sword like thing and in another they all have some circular object having threads attached to that .....what's that ????

It shows a fascinating facet of Mahayana and vajrayan Buddhism. Each character represent a deity or is a symbolic representation of entities that protect dharma. Some of the major character here are mahakala (manifestation of avalokeshwara), citipatti(guardians of crematory grounds), other worldly deities(shrungma),etc. Their wrath shown by their mask is not by hatred or anger but it's like the wrath that a mother shows to her child when they do wrong and is rather full of compassion. Their wrath is to scare away the inner demons ie hatred, greed and ignorance. The real deity however actually doesn't show all this materialistic outer form for these are all symbolic and actually shows the qualities.
