Despite the video was recorded in landscape and I had to turn my head sideways to view (lol), I really enjoyed your video. I have a head to toe assessment check off coming up in a couple of days and your video really helped a lot. In our video we have to be a little more detailed when assessing, such as asking subjective questions for each area and we also have to cover the Glasgow Coma and Braden Scale. We also have to assess the patient's balance and gait along with educating our patient on how to use the Incentive Spirometer and the importance of turn, cough, and breath. Watching your video really helped me on some key points when assessing the patient. Thank you...

@@drei000 It depends what your listening too! In a full head to toe assessment you should be checking lung sounds, heart sounds, bowel sounds and checking aorta bruit sounds! Any deviation from normal is marked as an abnormal finding. Hope this helped (:
