Hmm everyone on this platform got paid. One person was on the platform for a year and a half and the others for nine months BIGGA was never paid. AND WAS ON THE PLATFORM 3 1/2 YEARS DO THE MATH. 😂
@@neverscared7 what a low down dirty conniving bum ass scum bag...imagine the nerve of going on podcasts to talk shit knowing you a thief of the lowest order
This is a grown man's conversation. I see the degree of separation with this episode. Esso low key made the show early in the game because he knew the business, and when he spoke, everyone listened. Not taking a side. It's good to see everyone prospering.
The fact that Maff expects his "workers" to bring in sponsors and guests tells me he is not a good businessman. A smart boss would not put the workers in that position unless he prepared to pay them like partners when those sponsorship deals come in.
math feels like he was an aspiring rapper for 20 years. it didnt work. podcasting fell in his lap and he blew up..got rich. he doesnt like the idea of someone blowing up in 1 year using his platform. he feels like they have to grind hard like he did. he doesnt understand that they add value to the show. just because these co-hostsgo from unknowns to people who are able to build brands/network with the industry/meet people to network with/etc from your platform shouldnt make Math feel some type of way, but it does...because he feels like he never had the opportunity to do that. it took him like 20 years to get to this point, so he hates it when someone blows up off his show in 1 year or less. bad trait for a boss. plus he probably has new friends who are rich now and they are probably telling him bad advice like "your co-hosts are going to outshine you and they are building their personal brands up. dont let them get to your level"...Math creates good content, picks a good team, but is a bad boss.
@rotweilerscholar1181 NO NARCISST CAN BE A GREAT BOSS BECAUSE NOBODY WANTS TO WORK FOR, SACRIFICE, OR BE LOYAL TO A SELFISH PERSON ALL ABOUT THEMSELVES. THE MOST LOVED BOSS IS THE ONE THAT MAKES SURE ALL HIS PEOPLE EAT ...THATS WHO THEY MOST LOYAL TO THATS WHO THEY PROTECT .
@@purrfitazitgetz3365 yeh he doesn't have the personality to carry a show. I believe he is knowledgeable and he now has experience, but he's not a Front Man. He's Great Support.
That Bimmy interview is gonna go down in infamy, I vividly remember him pleading with Math and forewarning him to keep the shows format because he’s seen breakups and turmoil mess good things up. And Bimmy was 100% right, back then a bad interview on that channel did at least 100k views minimum, whereas now Math’s lucky to crack 50k on a good video. That show lost its juice as soon as these guys left man.
@@coachtali5151Show me where I lied, his Dame Dash videos within the past few weeks are the only ones which have consistently reached 50k+ views-which were BAD numbers during the shows heydays. The “latest” tab is there for a reason, it’s not hard for you to see the number. Now go contrast that with what he was doing when these guys were on his platform and it was nothing for him to get 300k+ views on a single video.
So Math needed a sponsor and Champ told him to call this specific sponsor and math declined because he dont fuck with him like that but Champ pushed him to do it and he did and he got the sponsor so why not pay the man??!
Exactly! Sounds like Champ was the reason he made that call and got that meeting! Why not pay him! But it’s was grimy to have him work all day and then tell him btw I’m not paying you. That’s nasty work. I would have left too
I’m not sure if we’re just gonna go by what people feel or what actual. Did the man encourage someone to go do something? Or did someone actually go do it? There’s a difference. If I ask someone help me left this heavy machine and the other person just stands there and says you got this face it head on and just cheers him on. Did he really help left that machine? If I tell you go get a sponsor and I end up getting the sponsor regardless if you told me contact him or not. Did you really get that sponsor? Encouraging someone else to do something is not securing something yourself, which was what was told of him to do.
Yall need to tell homie that he’s not about to to be make it in the industry @ 43 bahahahaha he got a 21 year old son it’s his time smh older niggas can’t let this rap shtt go lol everyone telling him on his platform and he still think he got a chance smh
The downfall of a lot of these podcasts comes down to money and having too many people on staff. Keeping costs low and having the least amount of people on staff is the way to do it.
It’s either people naive or the money is really making people move funny. It always looks like one team day 1 homie Shyt on the camera until the deals come. Both Meo and jbp. I take from both everybody ain’t your friend, fucc having expectations, and know what you’re walking into from the jump. Know if you’re an employee or partner. Know who you working with and for. And drop your nuts. If he fu he fu. If he gatekeeper he a gatekeeper. No ones above the program. We walk into life thinking people are never do that to us as we’re watching em do it to other people . The entitlement lol I’ve literally been there lol
It’s a few of em left and ain’t they all leave at different times? Lol they either all haters or it’s triccy activities going on at the barber shop lol
UNFORTUNATELY, LOOKING at this from ALLLL the angles to be viewed FROM (THEIR (𝗕𝗮𝗴𝗳𝘂𝗲𝗹’𝘀) perspective, etc.) it very much genuinely SEEMS like that’s what this was!…..
This is kind of a lesson. Champ saw how Math did people dirty and still stayed loyal. Now later Math does him dirty. You shoulda seen this coming, you already knew he was a snake. There is a lesson to be learned here.
@@user-wb7nv9ht1g just because I find it funny doesn’t mean I agree it’s actually the opposite. I feel like it has to be some reason why majority of your cohost are leaving u sometimes have to flip the mirror around and see that it is you
@@user-wb7nv9ht1g Bro I thought I was the only person that thought Hoffa was delusional and I lowkey peep how he speaks down on his guest him and Mecca and they try to control narratives He’s 42 and still trying to break in music game bahahahaha homeboy has a 21 year old son lol our ears with all that trash music on his intro and outros ain’t gaining fans bahahahaha
math didnt blow up until he put at least 20 years in the game. and he made it from being a content creator, not a rapper. he doesnt like people who achieve resources/fame/access to famous people who they could network with, etc in a fast amount of time. he probably feels like these guys have been on my podcast for 1 year and they're already known in the industry. it took me years to get to that point. so in his mind, he feels like you have to earn your position on his show. some guys believe in making things easier for you..some guys believe things should be difficult for you because it was hard for them and MEO had a unique team. he knows that his team has other things like magazines, their own businesses, etc. he feels like why should your ventures pop off with the benefit of my platform when I didn't have that same crutch myself? As a boss, he should feel good empowering his team, not making them grind hard like he did. Each one teach one, each one help one.
Champ 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Is that YOU on Bimmey security camera footage ??? 😅😅 saw you at the store 😂😂😂 , bodega !!!!!! You let him come on your platform !!! And he got u looking moist right now !!! 😂😂😂😂😂
😂😂😂 get off my Bro Hy…….he the smooooothesr on da show S/o to E$$o, Champ, Mecca and Math Hoffa Y’all get y’all money keep talking and keep that money generating!
But quite is kept maybe the smartest he always getting a bag remember Heineken was on Math before Esso, Esso was on some fall back ish and Heineken brought bro back outside
I like Champ but his idea to have a podcast in a jail setting is absolutely ridiculous. The brotha is seriously institutionalized and needs therapy. I’ve been to jail before. That shit is nothing to highlight or want to relive. Tryna bring jail to the streets is crazy. Let it go man
You’ll be suprised how many people interested in learning more bout that…I’ve seen dudes listen to 4 hours of Alpo and other dudes talking bout they run or just criminal interviews in general…it’s actually a market for it
I like Champ, and I think he should celebrate his freedom and look out for his Jail comrades and promote jail reform, but avoid promoting the jail culture and environment with "Bunkies".
Math wants to be a respected rapper MEO podcast was a way for him to push his music on people .. But it blew up ! Now he got the rapper money from RU-vid, and He STILL wants to be a rapper
Great synopsis. I Agree.. the reluctancy with math releasing his music, shooting down his former co-hosts ideas etc, it seems like there is some fear and greed in him. He wants all of the recognition and money. It's a shame
while hating on Kai because he did it in a way where everyone would actually watch it, them ol school niggas can be some legendary haters when they wanna be lol
I couldn't tell if Champ was being interviewed or Esso. Gotta learn how to let folks get out their answers after ya'll ask a question. Champ was talking about how y'all met, and this dude started reminiscing on how lit he was... c'mon bruh.
Imma keep it a buck, I fuck with Math cause I'm a battle rap fan, but dude is going to have to change how he runs his businesses going forward. My dude you need to get a producer that oversees all of this shit and a HR manager that handles payments and a lawyer that finely details these contracts and how dudes are paid. This is getting crazy. Too many co-hosts you've lost in such a little bit amount of time my dude. This shit looks horrible. My expert opinion is a growing podcast and you're eventually going to want to get on a network and make the big money. You can't be snaking dudes like this on your way up. It's a bad look. Like Esso said last year Math needs to divorce himself from the business side of this shit because it's clear he can't be a boss and also handle how to handle the business side without getting emotionally attached. Get an accountant, a business manager, lawyer and a producer to fully automate this shit. These type of situations shouldn't be happening over and over again.
Math runs homeboy enterprises his ego won't let him let go and let some folks handle his business. But like u said greed is clouding business. Math calls it My expert opinion but he ain't using business experts da irony 😂
But as we all see how this landscape has changed where information is a product, past and present along with the new economy of business becoming the monetization of clicks. It will be a challenge finding a new space digitally. But I’m glad to have seen the individual value from you brothers. S/o to Math for assembling such memorable talent at one time. Wishing you all success.
I Deleted My Subscription Follow With MATH A Couple Weeks Ago..... You 3 Were The REASON I Subscribed To My Expert Opinion In The 1st Place! Real Talk 🧐 Morgan St University Alumni Also, Esso 💯
Him sayin he not a thief at the beginning didn't age well after the Bimmy interview when they expose him for being a thief with video and paperwork 😂😂😂😂
This was one of my favorite jawns next to gumbo and others bul champ can articulate good for a real street bul transform to business man good example and good questions
Now we got four or five brothers trying to ruin each other’s lives, trying to take money out of each other’s pockets instead of moving on and shutting the fuck up good job guys
