RM 또한 훌륭한 와인메이커가 좋은 품질의 포도로 잘 만들면 훌륭한 샴페인을 만들 수 있다. 3. @@Nse19 I've seen a couple of older wineking vids with Peter and then recently these ones pop up in my feed. I was wondering whether there's any relation between the two, wineking and Min, but I guess not. What exactly did wineking do that you guys didn't like? Sorry, I haven't really been following him 😅

This video is just perfect. Beautifully filmed at golden hour, by a pool with two minds as elegant and refined as the wine they concern themselves with, coupled with the two boys in sun hats speaking mellifluously about champagne. I have no notes except continue. Thank you Min 🥂

Love listening to these guys talking about wine. Min is already getting more comfortable behind the camera and interacts more every episode. Hope these videos keep coming as it is some of my favorite content being made. It is nothing fancy, but perfect for us old guys who just want to sit, learn and enjoy wine with others.
I’m watching this while in Troyes, the heart of the Champaign region! I drank several different amazing champaigns today, non of them mentioned in your show. It’s just such a privilege to enjoy this wine in its birthplace. Keep up the great work you guys do!
Just another fantastic video Min, you are doing great work to bring so much joy to so many of us. There is no one better and enjoyable to listen to talk about wine other than Peter and Patrick. The knowledge they share cannot be understated. Great blind tasting, love the subject of RM and NM Champagnes, the hats and Hawaiian shirts are great, and there is no way I would ever cut a Patrick/Peter video short, in fact I always crave for more, so they can never be too long! Cheers, and a thanks to your camera person too.

Peter is the only wine personality to call out as it is. Champaign is the least of the terroir wines out there. Champaign exists because “terroir” was so bad, most of the time grapes could not ripe. and all the tricks and twists wine goes through after, is anything but expression of place
Great content ! May I suggest a tasting of Ribera del duero wines ? Garmon, from Garcia family , Arzuaga crianza or reserva, Prado Rey elite and others that can be easy to find in cali ! Love this guys ! Thanks !
My sincere condolences to Louis Roederer, which costs about $100 in Korea. I remember in a past video from Peter (with Wineking) that Pommery received a rather poor evaluation, but this time it was chosen as the top pick. Interesting to see. Given the prices they are sold at, Kirkland champagne seems to offer great value.
Totally agreed with the opinion that the "terroir" in Champagne is a merely marketing word. And it is really funny the so-called "hipster" sommeliers and vigneron keeps addressing about the Pinot Meunier dominant champagne😂😂
A long time ago, I had a bottle of still Pinot Meunier from California. To me it was exactly like Champaign that had gone flat. I loved it but my friends did not, so I set it aside and opened something else even though no one said anything. Since then, I believe all Champaign is 100% Pinot Meunier. Only kidding a little. I have become a fan of Cremant.
패트릭 선생님이 세계 스파클링 비교하는걸 말씀해주시니 너무 기대되네요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 만약 하시게 된다면, 호주 최남단의 타즈매니아 스파클링 중에 House of Arras의 와인이 국내에 수입되는데, 이걸 어떻게 평가해주실지 궁금합니다! Grand Vintage를 마셨었는데, 마신 사람들 간에 평가가 심하게 갈렸거든요 ㅠ
I guess I qualify as a “cool kid sommelier” haha. Flutes are trash and I only cannot throw them out because we serve cocktails in them and I sometimes need them for events that want prosecco lmao
요청드렸었는데 들어주셔서 감사합니다! 욕심 조금 더 부려보자면 wset에서는 와인이 토양을 반영하지않는다는 입장인데(토양은 포도가 자라나는 환경을 제공하는것이지 포도가 토양의 특성을 흡수하지는 않는다고) 예를 들면 버건디나 샤블리의 포도들이들이 테루아를 반영하여 토양에서 미네랄을 흡수 한다가 하는것은 과학적으로 판명이 되지 않아서 테이스팅 노트에도 미네랄이라는 표현이 금기시 되있습니다. 여기에 대한 두분의 의견도 여쭤보고 싶습니다.
