That crash between us was really weird. Just going side by side down the straight and suddenly we are both dead in the wall… Fucked both our championships. Going to be very hard to catch Ryan now with only 3 races left. Ohh well, hopefully we can have some good racing in the final few rounds.
for me it looks like ben moved a bit to the left and fitcho didnt see him, and instead of also turning left he kept his line making the colision, actually i didnt see any lag it was just too hard racing side by side
Mr RoyalGard fitcho held his line and was going straight, ben tried to continue on the racing line even though there was a car there, the contract model is stupid but the best way to be safe is to not make contact. Ben could've easily just stayed right rather then moving across and making contact.
i was thinking that it was a shame he didnt get in a round earlier to prevent a puncture, then Ben says he made a mistake coming in. I was so confused xD

Poor race for me really... got two bullshit 5sec penalties, had no pace on the SC restart and got a puncture on penultimate lap. Still I got points, which is more then what Ben got 😉
And after the races, if he uploads them on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday he can't show the standings as stewards decisions haven't been done, and therefore I haven't updated the table

I believe the intermediates are actually quite soft. The cold water makes it very difficult to warm them up otherwise. And by that logic, the wets must be as soft, if not softer.

the wets are the softest tyre available to the teams including ultrasofts. they need to be soft so the rubber flexes more, the flex is what gets the temperature into them that they need. if they werent stupidly soft the tyres would always be too cold and nobody would have any grip. the grooves are just to shift water off the track so they tyre can actually have some purchase on the road

"because that's where the racing line goes" it doesn't matter where the racing line goes on the front straight, if you're being kept on the inside, you're going straight not across the track, your mentality at that point seemed really stupid.
That's your fault, you moved into his line, he was beside you enough for you to stay near the wall. It's not AI you can't expect people beside you to just turn with you while they can hold you against a wall.

Alex Clark-Thompson I know, but the indicator and mirrors show Fitcho there. So regardless of the racing line he should allow the space. Onboard with Fitcho it looks like lag, onboard Ben it looks like he squeezed him too much, and that early on there's no need to do that, give him the space because the guy they want to catch is behind them both.
Ben, people are allowed to join league half way through the season. I nearly did, well I was in F3 but they refused to promote me to F1 even though I only use corner line and was taking pole by nearly a second but Yano. Things would've been a LOT different with me in there. You are know where near as quick as most people on the game. I'm joining F1 for S3 so good luck m9
So, why is (presumably) a Brit who tops all the leaderboards interested in joining ASR? It introduces a pointless skill discrepancy even if you remove the fact that he's from right the way across the world (there are other Brits in the league after all). Why isn't there a league for the guys who live on the game, or why doesn't he make one? I don't think you're salty for being against him joining because he's markedly above the rest of the pack and if he just wants to win races he may as well go find a rookie league. It would be the same if one of the top 10 drivers from this league did that. Obviously you want to test yourself against the best but it's bad for everyone including the viewers if the league becomes a predictable one-car race. I mean hell, if he's topping all the 'boards he's already proven he's the best.
That was fun to watch, best entertainment mp race that season, even if you don't finished. I hope you guys continue a multiplayer session like that, also for Formular 2017.
