Hey John - There is a website for Ranger Tug owners tugnuts.com that has a lot of meetups and info about Ranger Tugs. I heard about the Tugboat Raoundup some years ago when I was up kayaking on the Erie canal and its a blast. You dont have to have a boat to enjoy the event!
