If you're starting to use RD/ShowCockpit with Chamsys this is your first look. How do I connect ShowCockpit to MagicQ?
What can ShowCockpit do with MagicQ?
This is my first ever tutorial video and I hope you could work with it.
We start from zero and end up with a working setup. Execute window items are explained in the next video!

hey, thank you for video explanation i have ENTTEC DMX USB PRO mk2 & akai apc 40 mk2 i won't be able to unlock demo mode with this setup ? thank u in advance

No, you need official chamsys hardware

What am I doing wrong? IP -Correct OK -OSC enabled RX TX OK -PORT Correct OK -ShowCockpit All connections green OK ..... What did I forget? SETUP: Chamsys not in DEMO & AKAI APCmini Mk2

Hi, it may only work when your desk is in a network session with magicQ on a PC/laptop. I don`t have a console and can`t test it, I only work with magicQ on a laptop plus pc wing

Are there some secret settings I am missing? I have gone through this video 4 times and still can't get fader control. HP Laptop, Akai APC mini and Chamsys unlocked with the rackmount dongle.

Hi, do you mean controling the 10 Playback faders or faders on exec window?

Hi, in Basic version you can choose the plugins you need. So you choose your drivers and have to pay for them. Check this site: showcockpit.com/site/store/?v=basic Cheers!

@@Xtr3meEsport Uhm, no, at this point I don't know another product like SC. And I must say I'm realy not using it at my setup at this moment because using of midi translators for each input device is some pain in the ass... Maybe when it comes to laser/media control I'll give it another try. I thought it would be easyer to get a functioning solution, but communication between SC and MagicQ is not that powerful as expected. The need of a MIDI Translator for configuring the buttons correctly is a hard rock on the way to gloryland.

Not possible because rule #1: you have to be out of demo mode

Osc is locked in demo mode so you need a B4 or a wing or a rack dongle

Sorry for the late reply... No, only Chamsys Hardware unlocks from Demo-Mode, such as a 2 Universe Interface or a PC Wing/Mini Wing
