its not jyp. Tattoos are taboo in korea. The best example is ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ytC70-GmaDY.htmlsi=h1jILYlwuBQSpTuC, Jessi's Gucci performance where she had to wear bandaids on her whole arm to cover up her tattoos.
@@Jeong.in.P1eces Jungkook has a looooot of tattoos and used to cover his as well but I honestly think he just stopped caring in the last 2 years 🤣 Either that or he's just so famous that people are scared to make him do it
I remember Chan saying in a live that if he were to get a tattoo, he would get a whole sleeve of Polynesian tats. Then he went on and researched if he was allowed to even if he wasn’t part of the culture 🥹 who else agrees tho that he would look sick with that tho 💀 it would almost be as dangerous as changbin abs
Why is this actually wholesome? Not Polynesian, but the fact that Channie is able to research about the tattoo before getting them says something about him as a person. 🥺💕
@@Quilly-Sammy yes exactly. I myself am Polynesian, Hawaiian, Samoan, Tahitian (my dads side) but I’m also quarter Korean and Japanese. I look more Polynesian so I can get one without any question (I did actually I have a little music note tattoo on my arm with Samoan art around it) but the only thing is some art or patterns are sacred, or might be a bit offensive to the culture so if he did, he would just have to stay away from those designs. But yea he is really respectful to other cultures and people 😌✊🏼
If Chan really got that sleeve..🔥🫠 that would suit him so perfectly and be.. just.. so🔥🫠🫠🫠 the only thing in my mind is Hyunjin saying "hArD SeXy" 🥵🤫😶🌫️😭
Your comment has me wondering if he didn't get the artist's tatt would he be open to Hyunjin designing one for him? I can imagine Hyunjin being not only honored but nervous about doing it.
@@LiveANoursishedLife yes! As one of the artist in my family, lots of my older family members ask me to draw them tattoos. They usually just bring up the idea, so i never really do, but i always get nervous lol. I've had family members ask me to draw them stuff and it's always so nerve racking because you always have to try to not make mistakes and always think if they like it and if you like it. I'm sure Hyunjin would be so glad too but like you said, also very nervous.
I just now came from insta and I was trying to pause to see the tat by long pressing on screen which speed up the vedio and then my dumba$$ realised its Utube
Getting tattoos with deep personal meanings is ALWAYS the best😸 no offense to 'fun and silly' tattoos, but if you're gonna have something permanent then best to put some serious thought into it...I LOVE the entire design she made, and she's dead on that the myth fits Chan's personality and personal story well! Such a wonderful and positive expression of her love for Chan to put in so much time and effort into it, she must be BEYOND excited that Chan saw and appreciated it🥹😻💖✨ great, now I want another tattoo!!! I have something already in mind that I've wanted for so long, and now I'm itching to get it 😹 I'm already pretty well covered, so it's just a matter of finding a big enough spot for a gypsy/witchy style black cat fortune teller with a deck of tarot cards and whatnot (for my granny, who always said the women in our family had witch abilities, and the black cat to represent our mutual love of animals as well as embracing 'bad luck omens')
once i’m of age to get tattoos i only want ones with meanings or ones that actually look cute, but i want one small one that’s hidden that’s the stupidest tattoo ever lol. like i’ll tattoo a fried pickle wherever no one can see it (that’s was used as an example i just said fried pickle to explain a stupid tattoo lol) also i don’t think it’s a bad stupid it’s like a funny stupid
@@realkennz so long as it has meaning to you and not something spur of the moment that you grow to regret, then that's all that matters😸 I speak from experience, trying to get a tattoo cover up (a tattoo over a tattoo) is annoying because the old tattoo still shows through in places and trying to get tattoo laser removal is more painful and expensive than an actual tattoo
@@crazycatchick4111 yeah my aunt does tattoo removal but with one she’ll have to do a cover up because of all the blue she had. i do plan on getting a lot of tattoos obviously with future jobs in mind too but yeah as long as someone’s tattoos are special to them then that’s all that matters
@@crazycatchick4111 If I am really to get a tattoo if I am at the age of it I'll just pick whatever suits for me and have a deep and thoughtful meaning (ofc)
The only Idol I know of that has a tatt is Taemin but I'm sure there are others...I guess? I don't know the protocol for Idols having tatts but the one he saw is pretty cool! As soon as the artist mentioned the wolf I automatically thought of Wolfgang and did the sound lol. Corny I know lol. ☺
if i remember correctly than I'm pretty sure that this idol called C.A.P from Teen top have full sleeves and plenty of tattoos here and there, it's really cool to see honestly.
I've heard Zico is fairly tatted too. I'm not sure if most would still consider him kpop, cause I feel like he's considered a bit more in the Khip-hop/rap scene now but at least once upon a time he was an idol. And Wooyoung, San, and Hongjoong of ateez have small individual tattoos. Nothing crazy like Jungkook or zico's tattoos but still. I guess that's the perks of small companies/companies where the idol(s) literally keeps the lights on.
oh just a heads up anelederlymeme (the person who made the tattoo design for chan) uses they/them pronouns and their name is KC! I know Chan probably doesn't know that but I thought I could let people know who aren't familiar with their work! that's it have a wonderful day or night!
I doubt he’d get it but he should really look into the meaning of it before doing so. As a Norse pagan who follows Fenrir, I’d absolutely die but my man better know what he’s getting into with getting that.
How do you become a "well known stay"? I don't have any public channel with videos nor I am any way special or outstanding in anything. I guess only "public" figures kind of get the real attention sadly.
and that's your business. nobody cares if you think it's awful imao. she got noticed by him and he likes it. periodt. if YOU draw i don't really think chan will even see yours. some lowlife you are
"beauty is in the eye of the beholder" and it's worth mentioning that for tattoos it only matters that the ones getting it actually like it, so if Chan ever chooses to get it done it's because he found that it was to his taste, not much ours. In my personal opinion if it was for me, I think I would like a cleaner version of the design (because I truly love the concept and all) but that's just me, because my personality doesn't match with the rough sketch concept, but in the end to each their own.
