I found a Fitz set of 6 beautiful wine glasses just waiting for me to pick up. Due to illness could not open my EBay store. All my treasures are just waiting for me to list them.
I find it strange that anyone would think you would be stealing. It's a power-play ie make you answer to them. The illusion of power, some ppl are just warped.
One time I saw a pair of pony salt and pepper shakers for $9.99, I passed on them I went two days later they were still there and I just picked them up to save them they were old and I knew they would get chipped up or broken they are so fragile so now they just sit in my cupboard as a display.
I went to my local GW today and not only was it a disgusting mess (which this one has been doing good with straightening lately) but there was really nothing good. So sad 😔
I feel like that hanging lamp would look great in your dining room. I know you have the chandelier already picked out but the lighter white one would bring great contrast agains the darker room tones
I used to use cookie molds in my kindergarten class I'd make paper mixed with glue and water, and we put the pulp in them. My kinder kids then painted. Nice ornaments
Rae Dunn is really not worth picking up anymore. Unless they are vintage pieces they are not worth very much. That is why there is so much of it at the Goodwill stores not. That crazy faze has run its course.
Do you never see Tyrone crystal it is very beautiful Love your videos i now have 5/6 pieces of depression glass and a large hanky vase As well as Denby and tyrone crystal xx
I found a numbered and signed Esperanza Martinez piece at the flea market for $1. I just grabbed it because I loved the little girl. Come to find out she's a artist that passed away in 1998 and her artwork is gaining popularity here in California.
Belgian cristal 'Val Saint Lambert' is very well known and expensive. Very good quality and bright and nice colors, much cutouts, vases, glasses, bonbonnières, etc
Sorry, it's Alex Archibald from curiosity incorporated. There are some black panthers don't know if they are haeger. There are art glass, charlois glass, old lamps, bottles, etc. And he said bids are just starting at ten dollars. And just selling mixed boxes for small amounts. I'd you're not interested, thought you might know people who would be.
You might want to look into those slot machines more...at least check it out. I know someone who collects them and they say they spend $1,000s on them. Each one in good working condition over $1000 usually. you wold have to sell for parts unless its fixed but even then depending on game and what needs fixed....???? I guess you do have to worry about laws regulating them IF its an antique. Most sell on ebay as local pick up. Just a thought :-). If these go on sale might be worth picking up to try to fix or just flip.
Hey everyone👋 What's the most unique, oddest or weirdest thing you've seen in a thrift store? Pinball games?! My local store has a donated $500 claw foot tub right now.
Hi👋 sorry if someone has already commented. But it might be an idea to change the lock number on ur phone! You unlocked it on camera! I watch ur vids every morning with my breakfast. Love ‘em (I’m in the UK) Xxxx
Hi,i am watching from Greece i love your videos and the way you talk.cant wait every day to see what new things you show us.wish you and your family a beautiful Christmas and a happy new year.
Hello fellow Greek! My father was from Greece, but I’ve always lived in the states (Oregon). My dream is to go to Greece someday. I have family whom I’ve never met there. Anyway, I just wanted to say hello & wish you blessings from across the world:) xo
Yes I saw that too! Please Jocelyn for safety, change your phone passcode dear! Also I'm not surprised by there being good art at the Middletown GW as Middletown and surrounding areas in Frederick County have vibrant arts communities!
Jocelyn - Are you aware you entered the passcode to your cell phone for all of us to see?? Also, you indicated the Eldreth Pottery piece as a value of $8 in the upper left hand corner of the screen: I assume you meant $80??
All those window candles by the popcorn tins might have been worth looking through. I always check them looking for Bethlehem Lights. Even other brands, if they are of decent quality, and esp. if a large grouping, have always sold well for me.
I wonder if the coffee pot, cups and saucers were mid-19th century moss rose china? They usually do not bear a maker's mark or the name of the country of origin.
The Christmas houses that sell best are dept 56. Some are worth in hundreds I’d retired and popular. Might be worth looking up when your there if you don’t mind shipping. 😅
14:30...beautiful Bybee Pottery oval baking dish from Bybee Kentucky to the left of the Home Goods Cupcake you looked at. Bybee has a huge following. That was a hard to find color and would have sold for $40-$50. 🙂
Skip the Dept 56 buildings. We collect Dept 56 Original Snow Village. The problem is there are so many villages (North Pole, Dickens Village, Christmas in the City, Jimmy Buffett seaside and even a Halloween Town and more). They weren't ridiculously expensive new and a collector will not spend a lot second-hand. Plus, the buildings and people are not made to interchange. You can't have Christmas in the City and have a suburb of Orginal Snow Village. It can get out of hand with the buildings, fences, cars, trucks and people.
