@@masroorahmed9399 , 2 KG BEEF AND 2 CHICKEN Mince 3 Large onion 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves 8 Green Chilli 1 1/2 Tbsp. Gram Masala Powder 3 Tbsp. Roasted Coriander and Cummin Seeds Flakes 3 Tbsp. Red Chilli Powder 2 1/2 Tbsp. Salt 6 Tbsp. Ghee solid form. Not Melted 3 Eggs 6 Tbsp. Ginger/garlic Paste ( 3 Ginger + 3 Garlic ) 6 Bread Slice 1 1/2 Cup Brown Onion Raw Papaya 2 1/2 Tbsp. Note, Mix all Ingredient in Qeema and fry one kabab to check SALT AND SPICES If you feel less then you add little more salt or spices. Hope you enjoy.
