The micro organisms associated with the person's who handle food is very important. I think many eoropeans have no issues in eating food from the most humble place they come across in Sri lanka. It's not so in other countries like India or South-east Asia.

It would only be fair Chandra Wickramasinghe speaks the truth, and mentions the actual founders of Connaisance de Ceylan. He was taken as an Associate to Connaisance de Ceylan by my late brother Kapila De Silva who was the Founder of Connaisance de Ceylan along with Co-Founder Arjun Dharmadasa, and Director Dirk Flamer-caldera... 6 years later after the Establishment of the Company!!!
