I can’t believe this is the argument we’ve waited two years to witness. If this alone has broken their friendship it couldn’t have been that strong to begin with! Ayan can’t see that while Lesa is territorial of their relationship and jealous of her relationship with Stansbury, the cast is jealous of the relationship between Ayan and Lesa. Both historically have each other’s backs and are fan favorites. Which is why the cast is trying to throw salt on their friendship. They can’t do it with Lesa so they are sowing the seed with Ayan who is easier to manipulate. Lesa admittedly is jealous and does not want her friendship with Ayan to suffer because of Ayan’s new weird relationship with Stansbury and instead of being sensitive to that, Ayan is going back and forth between sharing information? What emotionally mature person does that? I like Ayan but I think she secretly likes all this attention from falling out with Lesa and from her newfound frenemies. Lesa really should have just left it alone and let it be. Lesa thinks she’s protecting Ayan from these heffas but it seems like Ayan is more like them anyway.

I agree about your take on Ayan’s part of their fallout, but I would add that the group wouldn’t be able to divide them as easily if Lesa was a better friend to Ayan. In the first episodes we see Ayan rising hard for Lesa when Sara was trying to insinuate marital problems but Lesa couldn’t even prioritize her friend’s launch to make it in time to see her presentation. Ayan on the other hand was engaged in Lisa’s fashion show as if it was her own so it seems that Ayan is a more thoughtful friend. Also Lisa shows a lack of respect for Ayan by being controlling of the conversations her and Ayan have on camera. I do think they genuinely care for each other though and are offended of how they think one has made the other look on camera. I hope they grow to care more about their personal relationships than what strangers watching a show think of them and save their friendship.

@luzcannon9753 Agreed. Lisa has grounds to be unpleased with certain choices Ayan made...but how she handled everything was beyond. Just do it off camera. She 100 percent would disregard Ayans wants and feelings the clips shown made that evident. The way Ayan would defend her 1st season should have been enough to show her grace and not pick a fight and bring up a convo at a party in front of friends and family. That was beyond vowel.

She showed her character when she stayed behind to order Steak and lobster while the cast went to help a homeless single mom set up her new home. She could’ve grabbed a burger on the way there and be of help but doing a good deed wasn’t important to her. I would have hoped she grew but fame brings out the worst in people as we can see.

I believe Lesa believes herself. But you never know some people remember things wrongly. I've seen it played out so many times on reality TV with playback. Where the person remembers it wrongly because they have a distorted memory. But then the show can play back the clip and they end up being wrong in how they remembered it. It happens. It's like in teen mom family reunion this girl was upset at her husband for bringing something up and tried to scold him but she was actually the one who brought it up when they played back the clip.

Who are actually friends on this show besides Ayan and Lesa? Now that Nina is gone who is Stansbury truly friends with? or Brooks or Tylene or Sarah? Sarah and Saba are no longer even friends. they all hate each other. in fact the only thing that they have in come together on is coming in between Chanel Ayan and Lisa. Brooks does not like Ayan no matter how much she says they’re “sisters” and Brooks has nothing nice to say about anyone unless they have a common enemy. the nicest I’ve seen Stansbury is now with this weird new relationship with Ayan. And Stansbury and Brooks only get along when they both hate someone. And Taleen and Brooks? They’re not even friends right now and who is good friends with Sarah? Lisa and Ayan both cared about each other, but Ayan let the ladies get in between them. The cast purposely tried to get in between Lesa and Ayan’s relationship after seeing a crack from note gate for their own selfish entertainment and Ayan fell for it

hmmmm. This argument is a symptom of a larger issue. Like its not that deep. English is clearly not Chanel's first language and i don't think she reported it in a mean way to Lesa but its possible Lesa subconsciously read more into what Ayan reported. Everyone filters information based on lived experiences and it is very possible Lesa interpreted Ayan's message from her previously negative experiences with Stanbury. Its all so sad. I hope they hash it out cuz they are amazing as friends

Some people just really don’t like Lesa and are using this opportunity to pile on. Because if you’re questioning why Lesa called Stansbury then you should also question why Ayan talked to Lesa about Stansbury to begin with. And why Ayan told Stansbury and the other ladies about Lesa’s voice note. Or why tell Leaa that Sara asked about is everything okay at home? Because, she is trying to mend things with Stanbury. It seems like Ayan is continuing to throw Leesa and Stanbury under the bus. First Ayan told Stanbury something Leesa said in privacy knowing Stanbury would tell the group, thus causing Leesa and Stanbury to fight... but Leesa was smart and knew exactly who was to blame for that drama. Now Ayan tells Leesa something, and expected her to lash out at Stanbury without validating what Ayan had told her. For me I will believe the person who stayed loyal... not Ayan. ..

She had a right to say it was sorted . I think Lesa is annoyed because Ayan felt scared to tell Lesa the extent of the friendship with Stanbury which ultimately gave Lesa an impression there weren’t as close as throwing a party together. Then the ladies make one comment and from the girl that was being praised for ‘riding for her friend’ she feels controlled when Lesa didn’t ask you to say anything. Tbh the whole Mina Rue everywhere was some BS. She was having a televised event of course they would brand all over to capitalise, the girls were hating. For them to say one thing and Ayan turn on her friend. I feel like ultimately Ayan wants the show, so she wants the cast so she is throwing Lesa to the side. Maybe Lesa is a strong personality but I wouldn’t say controlling. I think she has shown she has always wanted Ayan to be shown in the best light in TV and Ayan is throwing Lesa under the bus for a storyline.

Less definitely has a strong personality but her intentions seem pure when it comes to Ayan. And vice versa. Ayan turning on Lesa so suddenly makes me side eye Ayan, too. Like what’s her angle? I think it’s pride because she was on the wrong side of that voice note and like you said, Ayan calls herself being mad that Lesa was outwardly upset but girl you were wrong! 😂 is this now Ayan’s “get back” because it just doesn’t make sense. How could Lesa keep you from being friends with people who constantly state how much they don’t like you. And they don’t just always say it when she’s defending Lesa. Stansbury and Brooks do not like Ayan, or at least her popularity. Sara could take or leave Ayan and Taleen doesn’t even know Ayan but was the loudest one trying to divide them.

Agree yes Lesa is one of the favorites and some can’t stand it! And they’re using Ayan to get under Lesa skin and break the bond they have but don’t let them win. Mistakes happen forgive and move on but now if Ayan continue making the same mistakes then Lesa has to cut her off.Ayan should have been honest and just told Lesa she wanted to be friends with both.

This friendship sunk as soon as ayan ‘s eyes opened to the fact that she’s been lesa’s puppet for so long and immediately she stopped being that, Lesa got pissed. Lesa’s issues are with stanbury. She’s been in competition with her from day one hence the obvious jealousy towards her. Stanbury is old money darling. No need to compete. Lesa’s obsession to want to be the queen bee ruined their friendship. It wasn’t a real friendship but a leveraged relationship.

And then Stansbury accused Lesa of being a literal escort and stealing designs. Both accusations that could ruin her business. And if Ayan was Lesa’s puppet, she’s now Stansbury’s puppet. Here’s the thing, Ayan basically calls Lesa a liar first, then gets upset when Lesa calls her one. It’s like these women paint their own narratives. Because the narrative seems to be it was a one sided friendship, however I recall Lesa coming to Ayan’s defense in season one. The majority of these women seem not to like Lesa. They’ve each made small comments from bitter Brooke, Stansbury, Sara and Taleen. And isn’t it interesting that Brooke, Sara and Stanbury put a bug in Ayan’s ear about her “acting” differently when she wasn’t with Lesa.

I believe that Ayan told Lisa she (Caroline) said she was bragging. Why was she randomly called Stanbury about it and ask her if she didn't? Ayan have been known to say things, and turn around and say she didn't say it or didn't mean it in that way. She just says things, without thinking sometimes. Ayan probably felt like stanbury was saying she was bragging, and Lesa took offense and called her about it. Running back to that last argument they had, she was screaming and hollering and cussing her out, and then down played it the next day while apologizing at the same time.

Why Lesa comes off as controlling, it’s because she’s protective over Ayan who is very naive and impressionable. Ayan felt caged and I think resentment was already brewing on her side because she wanted to make friends with the other girls. After the reunion, Lesa may become a fan favorite with many of Chanel’s black fans seeing like she betrayed Lesa for a “colonizer”. The other girls saw Ayan as an underdog in season 1 until she became the fans favorite so they’re not her friends either. Lesa should have let it go at some point and let Ayan learn the hard way. Stanbury’s facelift looks amazing. Wow! Brooks is insufferable but she has grown on me 😂. Sara is boring with her savior mentality Taleen is fun. She isn’t scared of anyone.
