Yes, it is the customers bag and they can do what they want with it. I think it turned out great. The old leather had seen better days and now it looks new. As long as the customer is happy that is all that matters.

That is certainly a beautiful bag! As a woman, I may be weird but I have never in my life had any desire to buy these expensive handbags or shoes or even designer clothing. Maybe it's the old hippie in me or the fact I was a tomboy growing up. Or, because I grew up poor and. Even though I could afford to splurge, I don't.

Amazing results as always!!! But for those who says it’s like a limited edition now are wrong. Chanel Le Boy has exotic leather line for Le Boy but it’s very expensive. So this option that you successfully executed here is a pocket friendly , I’m not sure though how it will affect the value of the bag.

You can purchase a magnetized tray (bowl) from Harbor Freight to toss any of the hardware bits from your disassembly process. I have one on my workbench...the pieces won't be going anywhere! Nice customization!
