What can I say? First of all, this video is nine years old. The technology we use to formulate and create makeup has come a long way in the last ten years and so you can't expect the foundations from that time to be of the same quality as they are now. Perfection Lumiere was actually a really good, high performance foundation of it's time and one of the best on the market in that era. Secondly, you have to take into account the fashion. The video was shot in Dubai, and so the fashion there isn't the same as the pale, porcelain complexion you'd expect in Paris. They prefer darker, more tanned looking complexions. This isn't 'the European look'. Finally, you couldn't be more wrong. Not only is this woman pretty, but she's beautiful. Beauty is imperfection. Imperfection adds charm and character to the face. Any true makeup artist or beauty expert will tell you that symmetry is boring, it's unnerving and perfection is unapproachable. Think about it. Would you really, and I mean REALLY, want to date someone who had a perfect face, perfect hair, perfect body etc.? No, you wouldn't. Because you'd be constantly worried that they judge you for your flaws, and that they'd always be looking for better because they're out of your league. But the most ugly thing of all, Adelaide, is women dragging other women for their looks. I mean, honestly, don't you get enough of that from men without having to pile on top yourself? You can fix an 'ugly' face with the right makeup artist or the right surgeon, but if your personality is ugly, you're screwed.
