Am i late to the game? Lol! i stopped buying bags since i had a baby almost 3 yrs ago. I sold my vintage chanel then too and actually had a change of heart on luxury and vowed not to buy again. However just yesterday i saw this bag and it only took me like just 2 hrs to decide and purchase it! So now im waiting for it to arrive in the mail! Crazy but i think it’s worth it! That’s a really nice prior owner! I just bought this bag and am waiting for it to arrive. So I am totally loving listening to how much you love it! That’s how I felt when I first saw it that I didn’t think it was pretty! Lol!! Yes!!! And then I had to have it!! I’m so excited because of the size. Hi. I just received your reply. I did not mean the weight of the chain. I meant the weight of the whole bag (empty, with chain, ). Often the weight is not given but to me it is important due to back problems. It is not hard to weigh - just use a kitchen scale. Thank you.

I think it depends on how full the bag is and if you're wearing it bare shouldered. In those cases then it does dig in by the end of the day - but if you are wearing the bag with a coat, then I don't feel the chain at all!
I really like the chain on this one. You said it was light-weight. Can you tell us the weight of it and the measurements. The bottom of the bag is not supposed to be flat from what I have seen of others.
Sorry for the late reply! I didn't see your question in my notifications. By measuring the strap drop on the long setting it's about 20 inches. I am not able to weigh the chain alone, but it does feel light weight to me.
