THE BEST close ups on YT 🙌🏼 Am I the only one who has trouble with Chanel shades being too peach? TEN shades? 😂 It’s not as if this is a new company. It makes me laugh how angry everybody got with their “Hourglass, do better!” But hello, what about Chanel?? I’m an NC25 and it’s not that complicated. Do they not know light olive or golden tones exist, with SO many others missing??I’ll stick with my Huda, Dior and Armani. No fragrance is a big win but that packaging would totally frustrate me, so this is a hard NO even if they did have my shade. But thanks for the awesome review as always Tara❤️ I hope your eyes get better. Do you think it was your eye shadow? Certain pink shadows do that to my eyes too 🤗

I agree with the packaging - very messy. I have deep wrinkles under the eyes due to all my eye surgeries and this is the only concealer that doesn’t skip with all the deep wrinkles - likely because of the skin care. This works for me and I love it.
I'm tempted. I won't lie. I'm fortunate in as much as I don't have dark circles or lines even though I'm in my 50's now. I really like the lancome newest one as it has a tightening effect after a minute or so
This is my new fave concealer in shade 32 which is peachy. The Chanel counter lady said it was my match although i doubted her. It is perfect. You are slightly darker than me -- you have beautiful skin color. Do you self-tan? Sometimes i'll use this concealer then a small amount of Chanel No. 1 foundation down center of my face, then go over it with a small amount of the new water fresh foundation (30) all over, but also over the undereye area (good concealer for that area, too). I love the water fresh foundation as it is subtle with a great finish, but i feel the trick is to let it oxidize for 30-60 seconds after breaking up the bubbles before applying. Love your channel. I also watch Everyday Edit as she is exactly my coloring and also loves these three products. She turned me onto Shiseido's Hanatsubaki Hake Polishing Face Brush, the flatter red brush which is used to lightly buff out my foundation, etc. for a natural look.
I would love if they would just list what the color and undertones are. Like are you neutral, cool, warm?!? I mean for that price it's the least they could do. !

I am 55 and love it !! I have tried so many concealers and this IS the best for my taste. I do have wrinkles and dark circles and it does help to cover those. It doesn’t seem to get in my fine lines and I have a lot of them . I also went with 40 .. I am 40 in their sublimage foundation products and was using their new touch in 30 as a concealer .. but I like this better for under the eyes and I use the 30 touch to hide any imperfections on my face

Unfortunately, shade range is always the biggest problem with Chanel, period! I am happy you reviewed this one, I was kind of hoping you would and I can't wait to see your review of the Sublimage foundation, is the one in the pot or is it the Sublimage serum?
As beautiful as it is, I ended up returning mine (unopened, of course). After watching Charlotte Holdcroft's vid, I knew the packaging would send me loco!! The product was collecting around the lid and was an absolute mess - and she'd had it stood upright for a couple of days too! If they ever re-release this, but in far better packaging, I'd buy it immediately. Regarding any skincare benefits, I never rely on my makeup to provide this. Tara, why on earth did you feel the need to apologise because your eyes were slightly "red"??? Blimey, it was a long 12 hour wear test - even if it wasn't, there would still be no need for any apology. Love you sweetheart, you're awesome, ⭐💗⭐💗⭐
Yes you are absolutely right! Sublimage is Chanel's most luxurious range of skincare. I think that this concealer looks lovely and radiant. I find it very hard to find a nice concealer that is actually luminous and isn't just a natural finish concealer. My skin is incredibly dry and I need hydration! I think I would wear powder on top of this concealer for my undereyes to keep it in place. As you said though, I just hope that they have a shade that works for me, since I'm super fair.
Interesting that you found it best for a light makeup day! I haven’t seen it myself but got the impression from others that it was more heavy duty. Dark circles are my number one problem. I’d love to try this but think I will wait until it hits Nordstrom. There are no boutiques in my area and with the limited shades and high price tag, I want to see this in person before I invest! I would definitely say get colour matched, I bought it yesterday, usually a b20 in foundations, I was a 30 in this, no where near what I’d have thought. It’s lovely though

Hi! Your under eye area is so natural and beautiful, what is your go-to under eye concealer and do you powder to set? I’m 37 and my normal concealer is starting to be too cakey and drying and I don’t know where to go from here! TIA, love your channel!
I have a few suggestions 😁 1 - I've been wearing Good Molecules Under Eye gel patches every day (I wear them for 20 min or so) it hydrates my under eyes and it's helped so much. 2- I don't wear too light of concealer. If it's too light, it will exaggerate every wrinkle and just don't look good. I like to wear it about 1 - 2 shades lighter than my foundation. 3 - I don't bring powder all the way up. I will wear powder around my nose and center of my cheek, but I don't bring it up too far. 4 - I wear a little eyeshadow under my eyes to help hide those wrinkles close to my eyes😁❤️ Hope that helps🙏

Bonjour Tara. Thanks for your review. I share your point of view. I have B30, shade is good (a good point😅). The packaging is horrible for the price no Chanel could do better. I haven't this effect "waouhhh ", yes it's pretty, it's moisturizing for my deshydrated eye contour but not as bright as I thought. Now ok let's not forget the care . I love the Sublimage concealer. Plus I like the jar because it’s classy. Choosing a color was the most difficult party. I chose 20 and I think it’s too light. So do I get 30 or 40 and mix the two. I barely use any each application so I won’t go through it very fast
I would love to try this concealer but don’t feel in a rush to spend $100 on a concealer yet.. I do love the skin care aspect to it because I think anyone over 40/50/60 stands to benefit from a product with skin care benefits in it.❤
I'm 51 with a lot of wrinkles and crepeyness under my eyes and the Charlotte Tillbury looks awful on me, emphasized them and made them more prominent. I ordered the new Chanel bc other women are saying it didn't make their wrinkles look worse. I hope that's the case.

I have only ever felt an urge - albeit a minuscule urge - to buy Chanel lip products. All the other products seem over hyped. Plus the shade ranges for complexion is awful and the prices just seem so high for something that seems to hit and Miss. I don’t mind splurging on makeup - but Chanel always gives me cause for pause.

I don’t know why they chose this kind of packaging for both the fond de teint and the concealer. Probably the formula.. I really love the foundation and I’ll try the concealer

I wish Chanel was less focused on aesthetics and put the concealer in a squeezy tube instead of the pot. Even with the spatula and lid, it's too easy for a klutz like me to spill or contaminate the concealer. I'm also iffy about the skin-care claims due to oxidation every time the lid is removed.
They are lashify. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM💕 I started wearing them when I was on vacation for a month in late May into June. And since I got back, I can't stop wearing them. I put a new set on and they last 5-7 days. They have all different styles, and they're so easy to apply. I filmed a video all about Lashify, it seems like it takes a lot, but once you get the hang of it I can apply both eyes in 10 min. In this video, I'm Wearing C+ 10 & C+ 12. I'll post the link to my Lashify Video so you can look into them and see if they're for you😁❤️
Sublimage is the MOST expensive skin care line Chanel has. SA told me all the benefits of the other chanel skin care line , le lift, hydra etc .. sublimage line has all those benefits. but the price point ... 😁😂🙃 my biggest problem with chanel is the shade range.. im always seem to be in between what they have and I just refuse to but 2 shades and mix..
I can’t wrap my brain around why they would omit shades 50 & 60 :/ it looks like such a beautiful concealer but 40 is too light and 70 is too deep for me. Sigh.
@@mj43va ugh! Chanel really needs to get with it. Their shade ranges are insulting at this point. If you’re going to launch a hundred dollar concealer with a shameful shade range at least offer sample packs.
I love the Kulfi concealer but the darkness under my eyes starts to come through around after 8 hours. Awful range in this Chanel concealer, where are the shades between 40 and 70?? For that money I would expect no less than 30 shades if not more! Chanel needs to learn from Haus Labs
