Tania-I agree with you-that peachy gold look on your cheek is very suited for your skin tone! I’m thinking of buying the Light & Berry duo but don’t know if it’s worthy of my $75 🤷🏻♀️😅💜
Beautiful, dear Tania!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩Purchased a few of these eyeshadow sticks from them, they showed up in The Netherlands. The face palettes, do not know yet, still have so much, great that you also say that. My Rêve de Camelia higlighter is still so special, as well as their Fantaisie blush and the blush from this winter, the Rose Polaire, this is the most beautiful blush for me upto now! I loved the Berry color so much and I decided to get it because the color is so flattering and more importantly I don’t have this color highlighter and I’m hoping it looks as good on me as it did on you. I also appreciate what you said about the blurring affect. Thank you for the link and review.
Hi Tania! Thank you for swatching and demoing both blush duos. I prefer the peach side on you for everyday - even for casual barely any makeup days. The berry shade is more of a contrast so I think it’s better for makeup days. Unfortunately, I cannot see the true effect of either highlighter. On you, everything looks great as you look gorgeous without any makeup on. Thanks again

I have been eyeing the Peach Gold from this collection, I do however own the Rose Polaire and the coral shade as well from the winter glow collection and still enjoying those 🥰 so may skip these , but UGH so tempting 😍😩! Ohh so pretty on you!! I got the light berry and the 4 colorful stylos and they’re so pretty. I made a rainbow eye and it somehow still looked sophisticated lol ❤

Hi Tania, I appreciate the product detail and observations you make as you are applying the blush duos. The peach blush looks so sophisticated on you! I have Coral Givré from the winter collection and I understand they're close in shade. Wayne Goss' Vivid Azalea blush looks like an exact dupe for the berry blush and the highlighter in his Blush Peony a dupe for the pink highlighter, so I'm covered there, too. I will be purchasing the deep orange and lime green eye stylos as well as the new precision eyebrow pencil as Chanel offers shades that complement orange/red hair well.
Great review! Both are very pretty on you. I agree with your analysis. These are beautiful but skippable. I’m trying to only buy the Chanel limited edition items that really stand out to me and truly fill a gap in my collection. My last Chanel purchase was the Medium Coral Healthy Glow powder trio. I felt like that was a really special product that will get a lot of use. I also missed out on the Camellia highlighter and definitely regret it. But I am trying not to let FOMO lead me astray lol❤
I feel the same way. I have back ups of both Equinox blushes. One of a Kind! These are pretty. Cannot go wrong, unless you own enough (too much) makeup :) Owning Roses Coquillage i cannot justify getting the peach. I compared Berry to the Mauve Glacé and will post them applied side by side too. Man you had me struggling a second when you liked the peach, but i'm holding on the the thought that the highlighters are cute but very makeup-y (don't come for me posting golden highlighters all week😂 the duo-chrome, even soft, just makes these more of a statement)
Not exactly about the density of the blush, more about the hair fibers. A lot of more lux formulas work best and is most effective when used with natural hair brushes. Which, rephr and Sonia G are both natural hair.
I think you're right about the fibers of the brush (real vs synthetic) being important. Its especially important when the product being used is a baked formula. These Chanel blushes (similar to the Chantecaille bronzer and highlighters) are baked formulas that seem easier to pick up using animal fiber brushes, like the Refer or Sonia G brushes.
I wish the peach one didn’t have the gold highlighter, champagne or white would have been better. The berry one looks too red but the highlighter is beautiful. Chanel always does this so you have to buy both.
I'd rather purchase a Chanel foundation or bronzer than blushes, nail polish........severe eye roll.......or eye liners. Thanks for the review Tania. I like this collection i only picked-up the 2 blushes & highlighters, i like them but does this really seem like a summer collection? I think the les beiges healthy glow sun kissed powders we recently got, the bronzer, blush & highlighter palettes seemed more like a summer collection than this 1 does, idk maybe im wrong bc ive only been collecting Chanel seasonal collections 4 the last couple years, but this just seems more like a spring or fall collection than summer..not sure if i want the eyeshadows or not i like the lime green but idk how it would actually look on the eyes bc i haven't seen any1 review the lime green shade yet, but i think that color is very summery
Also have u had any trouble picking up these blush & highlighter duos with ur brush? Bc I'm having problems getting enuf color payoff wenever I use these specially the peaches 1, do u recommend a brush that would b good 4 picking up this product,bc mine isn't working very well
I really like the jewelry on your right ear and I do like the cuff and the chain thing on the left and together but without the other stuff. As for make up, both sides looks so pretty on you but I am skipping this altogether Chanel summer. And actually summer in general collections I have my bronzer and I just bought Dior Star Glow filter and veil primer I need some blushes in some serious peach nude colors I was thinking of Westland Mimi. As per bronzers ( my only wish is RMS) and and highlighters I have enough and don’t even use that much. Also I wish in the future you consider dedicated one video to Victoria Beckham beauty.
The problem with the berry color it's a cool tone and you are a warm tone. I really do not think it looks good with your coloring but the peach and gold looks amazing on you. Your a warm tone that berry color is to cool in my opinion.
