Nice review! Now that it's been 12 days, how's projection and longevity?

Thanks David, projection and longevity are average. The grapefruit part stays for an hour and after that its basically clean woody musk for another 3-4 hours. So not bad but not great either. Cheers!

@@ScentZatura thanks for the reply! It's probably a pass for me, but I'll try to go to the boutique and smell it. I want something with some power and heft! There are so many fresh fragrances with middling performance that it would be hard to justify Chanel prices (even ones from Lacoste by JC Herault!)

No problem! From my experience and the General Consensus, really none from the Allure Homme line have great performance especially for the hefty price tag. Probably Profumum Roma has some long lasting fresh fragrances

Nice early review Pradeep- keeping us right up to date 👏 I enjoyed the original Allure pour homme back in the day. Not smelled it for ages though

Thank you SJ🙏 I have not not been big on this collection. Edition Blanche was the one I enjoyed to some extent. Its just vanilla/basic in style. I am going to revisit the OG Sample I have got with this.

They could've taken this opportunity to make a parfum of eau extreme which would be a huge hit imo. This is just another meaningless fresh flanker in a line seemingly bombarding us with fresh flankers.

Absolutely! Couldn't agree more. Or might as well a new pillar release. This is a limited edition too and reeks of cashgrab and FOMO marketing

Polge says- There is a touch of patchouli, which is not in Allure Homme Sport, which really boosts the engine of the scent.

Thanks for mentioning ✌🏻 I did read that article where he talked about the creation. I am sure it's there. When wearing it I get a very little amount of it. I don't think its patchouli as we know know it. More of a designer ish patchouli. Cheers!

I don't think it is super light at all. It is low with the grapefruit part but the white musk/woody side lasts a decent amount of time just like the average Chanel allure homme. How did these people even smell it if it is still exclusive to France? In any case worth testing it personally on your skin to arrive at a conclusion

The font 'Superleggera' is tacky and un- Chanel like but I am still intrigued as Chanel don't put out many fragrances from 1955 Chanel Pour Monsieur Chanel to Bleu Parfum 2018 is less the 20 fragrance and Jacque Polge left on a high with Bleu Edp......Oliver has a lot to live up to but he probably was watching his Dad as a kid working as the in-house nose from 1978.

Spot on.. Knowing Chanel and their traditional approach, never expected something like this. It's how Chanel does things like you say taking their time. Not sure if it'll work with the current TikTok generation but we shall see. I do hope Olivier eventually does a great new men's pillar.

@ScentZatura I speak Russian natively, and used to live in Suisse romande for 10 years. Yet my accent in English is neither French nor Russian. It throws people off. I just say it's Klingon 😂

@ScentZatura for me, it's English. Try as I might - and I have tried, with dialect coaches, among other options - I can't seem to get rid of my accent. It very well may be because of some residual rhotacism, which makes it hard to sound native in English, but is quite handy in French. 😝

I’ll try this because once in a bleu moon(see what I did there?) a random designer will come along and really resonate with me so who knows I keep an open mind. As far as this line goes, I like the og allure homme. Wonderful job as per usual brodeep 🫂🍻
