I have a red one that I purchased in 2016 and I made the mistake of making it my everyday bag, and there's color transfer. 😞 I wasn't rough with it, just wore it everyday. Otherwise, I absolutely love the bag!
Very thorough and helpful video Kat. I was thinking if you made the handle shorter the bag won't fall off your shoulders, also, just my opinion, a backpack should rest on the back and not on the lower back nearer the back of the pelvis. Very helpful video though.

km_au hmm...it’s not really heavy but more “swingy” Hahaha, like a pendulum Backpack. 🤣😅 which then makes it “feel heavy as it swings side to side ...not sure I am making any sense ☹️🤔🤪
