This video shows how to replace the battery in Toy Story Woody toy. Sheriff Woody takes LR44 cell batteries. Easy DYI in 2 minutes.

Tools Needed:
Philip head screw driver
3 x LR44/AG13 button cell batteries

Bring back Woody to life by replacing the battery inside the voice box. The batteries are small cell batteries so don’t allow children to perform this repair. Please dispose the used batteries responsibly.
Steps:
Remove the electronics module from the figure. Do not untie the string. Leave the string and the pull ring as is.
Once the electronics module is out using the Philips head screw driver, loosen the screw & remove the back cover.
Replace with fresh batteries. Battery orientation can be found inside the battery compartment.
Put the back cover back & tighten the screw.
Put the electronics module back into the figure.
Next fix the apparel & check to see that your Woody is back on.

I may be autistic, but I am smart enough to know how to change the batteries on Woody dolls. They mostly take 2 or 3 Triple A Batteries, N Batteries, or 3 LR44 or Button Cell Batteries. Buzz usually takes 2 or 3 Double A Batteries

It's not about being smart. All different woody dolls have battery compartments on different areas, same as the buzz dolls 😀

When I add the battery in between the two it doesn’t go all the way down.. how can I prevent it?

Try using the tip of a small screwdriver to push the end battery down. This will create a little more for middle battery to go in.

I put them in and now Woody is speaking in a fast high pitched voice for some reason

Please check the batteries, it may be incorrect voltage rating or defective batteries.

@@PhillySpecial I don't know I bought them fresh but it is a different number on the original batteries but I got these shown in the video but I can't find the original batteries that came with mine it's called: Hg free Vinnic L1184F, but I didn't see tht before putting in the LR44
