An SAP query displays data from one or more SAP tables. The data displayed can be restricted using selection criteria. In transaction SQ02, the database is specified in the InfoSet, which is specified in SAP Query in transaction SQ01 in the selection criteria and in the list output. The order can be specified. The order is determined by the selection of the fields. The first field that appears in the selection criteria or in the list output is displayed first. The second field is displayed second, and so on.
To change the order later, you can remove fields from the list output or the selection criteria and then select them in the desired order. This is done in the basic list in the layout design in transaction SQ01 of SAP Query. However, there is an easier way.
In this video, I explain in detail how to change the order of the selection criteria and the list output quickly and easily.
