I started writing scriptures again and it does work, I wrote some "right now goals" and one was to make time for the gym, another to keep up with car payments nd insurance when I finished watching this video I looked inside my book I wrote couple weeks back and forgot I wrote to make time for the gym and I'm sitting my car outside the gym getting ready to go inside and I was amazed that im becoming aligned with my goals 😀
